The experience of the visit is negative. I do not consider it the norm to speak in raised tones and anger to a dog who is already stressed.: "you got me," "behave yourself," etc. I'm afraid to imagine what happens when the owners are not around ... It's hard to describe how shocked I was when I heard all this!
