An amazing restaurant with great cuisine and excellent service! We have already been there several times, we have tried many dishes-salads, meat, side dishes - everything is excellent. Very friendly staff, who cares about your comfort from staying in the restaurant, the waiters come up regularly, they are interested in whether everything is fine with you. Live music in the evening, very pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant gets one hundred points out of a hundred possible!

Everything is great in this place: the food, the waiters, the location. We were at lunch and were surprised that there were tables available. I recommend definitely visiting this restaurant. My favorite is khurgin)) we took a chicken kebab with us and it was divine, even cold. It's wrapped in pita bread with sauce and onions, very tasty.

God, this is the best place I've ever been to!! everything is on top, literally everything, the service is 100000/10, the staff is friendly and the most important thing is the food. it was insanely delicious, I am a great connoisseur of delicious food, believe me, I am the kind of person who does not like a lot of things in terms of food and I am very picky, but imagine how impressed I was by the taste of food that I decided to go to Yandex maps and leave a review for the first time💘

We also looked at a blog about your restaurant in Russia. When we arrived 2 days later, we went to GRILLIAN and didn't regret it. We wanted to try a meter-long kebab, but it wasn't on the menu anymore. But these are small things. We took a whole plate of kebabs, it was incredibly delicious. Served 3 sauces along with kebabs, sooo delicious. Special thanks to the waiter Davit, who served us well. The location is not far from Republic Square, after the restaurant we went there. I was there once :)
I ordered hash with meat to take away (1 serving - 1 kg, 2500 drams).
I waited about 10 minutes. It was suggested to wait in the lobby.
The staff and service are proper and friendly.
While the order was being prepared (warming up), dishes prepared on the spot could inadvertently arouse the appetite, the faint aroma of which spread throughout the hall, and behind the transparent glasses the cooking process of some dishes (in particular, a Barbecue grill) could be seen.
The porridge was served in a medium-strength paper bag, a plastic container tightly wrapped in plastic wrap to avoid leakage.
Garlic and coarse salt were served separately with hash.
When I was already opening it, the plastic bowl was slightly deformed from the side under the influence of heat (it may be worth reviewing the quality of the cans being dispensed). If there are no dishes at hand to move the contents, there may be discomfort during tasting.
The speedometer portion is creamy, with clear drops of oil, without excessive flavor.
The meat mass is already visible in the video clip. I didn't find any animal lumps on the fabric. 😉 ✅ ️
After cooling, the broth takes on the appearance of a thick jelly-like mass without forming a significant layer of oil.
Overall, it was a balanced mass (although for me the flavor consistency was a little weak, which was missing, especially when you didn't add garlic).

At the entrance, the stove is on fire and the meat is steaming, there is live music in the second hall, we were quickly seated, although the landing was complete - everything is fine. But there was something wrong with the dishes. We took a beef kebab (delicious, but it was barely warm when it was brought) lamb kebab (the meat is a little dry, the food was both softer and hotter on the food court) urartu salad (filled with sweet Chili sauce, which appears in many places as a dressing, which generally spoils the taste of all the salad ingredients and interrupts them, yes and it just doesn't fit at all, it's an Asian sauce) rustic potatoes (no complaints, delicious, with a crust, but it's just potatoes)
We took pide with us (the dough is like a cracker, has no taste, and in general it's just some kind of tasteless dish)
Draft beer is super, mojito is very sweet. As a result, there was something wrong with each dish, although they took the basic positions.

We visited this institution last year, at that time we liked everything and everything was appetizing and delicious.
As they say, one moment can spoil the whole impression for an oversight and not being attentive. And most importantly, I do not like deception.
This year I brought my mother and decided to visit this institution. Unfortunately, when ordering from the menu, they chose lula and beef meat.
Since I don't eat mutton, I can always taste and smell it.
Instead of redoing or apologizing, the waiter who served disappeared from sight altogether. The main one who came up , without finding out , seeing that the dish was standing and untouched, just took it away.
Then at the exit we already saw that our waiter had changed his clothes and was sitting on the street, as if hiding, my mother wanted to say about the dish and in general, but honestly did not want to spoil the mood for the whole day and we left.... Honestly, such an attitude will definitely not endear you to yourself and to the recommendation.
I advise everyone, if you are in Yerevan, to visit the "Caucasian Captive" and the "Tavern" opposite her, these options are not played

I liked everything at first sight, from the first "bite"! Ribs and Napoleon kebab were chosen from the meat menu - a solid five. The atmosphere is cozy, the waiting time is almost unnoticed that they were waiting...somehow everything was served so well that there was not even a pause to think about waiting. The staff is polite and professional. In four days, no better cuisine was found in Yerevan than in Grillian.
