Terrible delivery service! I placed an order on Sunday evening at 19:43. A couple of minutes later, the call center called, confirmed the order and informed me that delivery would be between 21:10 and 21:40. There is no courier at 21:55. At 22:00, I contact the call center, where the operator assures me that the courier is on his way. After 7 minutes, the courier himself calls and declares that he has just received the order and will be able to deliver it only in 30 minutes. I make a second call to the call center, but I don't get any clear answers. The operator promises to contact the courier and award some points (however, it is unlikely that they will actually be awarded). As a result, the delivery was completed only at 22:45. This is not the first case.: Your delivery speed is always terrible! There are no complaints about the kitchen, but the service leaves much to be desired.
