Feedback Today I had the pleasure to taste the delicious shawarma prepared by Mikhail and enjoy Amina's excellent service. The shawarma was just incredible. Each ingredient was fresh and delicious, and the combination of spices created a perfect balance of flavors. The meat was tender and juicy, the vegetables were crispy and refreshing, and the sauce was simply divine. I will definitely try again! Amina's service was impeccable. She was friendly, attentive and did her best to make sure I was happy with my order. Her smile and positive attitude made my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a delicious shawarma and excellent service. Mikhail and Amina, you both deserve credit for giving me an unforgettable lunch. Thank you both!

Let's start with the fact that just two months ago it was a favorite institution of this kind. But suddenly everything went wrong ( 1. The new Arabic flatbread is some kind of trash. A tasteless cracker that gets wet very quickly. 2. The taste of garlic sauce has ceased to be present in garlic sauce, only a nasty sour taste remains. 3. The filling has become more cabbage and less meat. I honestly gave several "chances" to this institution, well, it happens maybe they accidentally messed up, but yesterday was the last time when I bought a shawarma here. It is impossible to eat it. Apparently, the rapid expansion of the network requires sacrifices, it's just a pity that regular customers become victims (

This institution struck me as incompetent. I took a shawarma for myself and the child - an ordinary one for me, and a children's one for the child. What was my surprise when the children's shawarma turned out to be one and a half times thicker than mine! The surprise became even greater when it turned out that there was an additional roll of pita bread inside instead of filling - it was impossible to eat, especially for a child who could not crack dozens of layers of pita bread. (photo below) I wanted to request a refund for this misunderstanding, but I didn't find any information about customer support either in the application or on the site (I guess it just doesn't exist). I bitterly ate my shawarma in half, although it tasted just awful - a lot of pita bread, almost no sauce and a lot of cabbage, which forms the basis of the taste of this parody of shawarma. Their mobile application can only be used by a person who got up on the wrong foot today and decided that he would not respect himself today, since the application has a terrible design, a lot of bugs and little functionality. All the surrounding shawarma shops provide much better service at the same price, so I strongly recommend not giving a penny to these charlatans.

It used to be one of my favorites - Premium large with curry sauce. I didn't eat often, but I ate steadily once a month. It was the amount of meat (premium - more meat), chicken meat that was good. I took it a week ago, after their global fall in price - some of the meat was replaced with some kind of fat. It's a rare piece of trash, just like that, out of the blue, to take and spoil what has been the standard for years. I couldn't finish eating, I won't recommend it to anyone, well, maybe an ordinary one, with the usual amount of meat, maybe at least they don't shove lard there ((Now we need to look for something else, although this combination of meat with curry sauce was divine.

We ordered two XL doners with a friend through the app. A very controversial opinion about grammars and components. I had to give everything back and wait 1.5 hours again to bring what I ordered. The food is delicious. An extra liter of juice was put in the form of a bowl. 18.01.24 there was not a single person in the institution, I ordered a shawarma, after paying the check, the girl said that the wait was 12 minutes, I told her that such a thing should be said before payment! She said in a boorish form that this was a normal waiting time, after leaving the institution I saw that she had punched the check for 10 rubles, not 8 (this cost of shawarma was presented at the stand) for the first time I decided to try this shawarma, I no longer want to.
