When I visit Yerevan, I try to stay in Grieg: clean, homely, delicious breakfasts (thanks to Luce), a wonderful view of Ararat from the terrace. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. But the most important thing is the wonderful atmosphere, hospitable and friendly :)

Stayed for a few nights, very nice place, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, no problems with hot water. Stunning view of Ararat) I really liked the terrace where you can sit and have breakfast. Special thanks to the hostess Lucienne for her khachapuri and friendliness) convenient location, 20 minutes walk to the cascade, half an hour to the square, near the metro and markets. Thanks! We had a great vacation in Yerevan in the summer of 2023. The hotel and its owner Lucy helped a lot. All the reviews are real. Good, kind and calm. Yes, it's hard to get in. I'm specifically dropping the entrance from Bagramyan. It's just the entrance of an apartment building to the left of the store. 2nd floor. A very small sign.

It was very comfortable to stay in this hotel. Lovely and helpful receptionist Lucy, clean, spacious room, snow-white towels and bed linen. There are no problems with hot water, you can see Ararat from the window in clear weather. And on March 8, the owner of the hotel gave each girl a gift, which was very pleasant. Delicious breakfasts. The convenient location is close to the metro and bus stop, Republic Square is a 25-minute walk away. Thank you to Armenia for the hospitality, beautiful nature and impressions!

A very nice and cozy hotel!
Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Amazing hosts. There is a bus stop and a metro station within walking distance.
Everything works in the hotel, the rooms are very clean. There were all the necessary shower accessories. The bed was very comfortable and comfortable. I saved a small refrigerator in the room. It's a quiet area, so you won't wake up from outside noise. In my room, the windows faced the mountain.
I recommend this hotel.
