The office is certainly beautiful, but the girl at the reception is terrible! There are no claims to the sales department, but to get to them you need to make an appointment or through the reception! I was looking at the promenade, but I was upset! Comfort plus with elements of business class, but not BUSINESS!!!! There are almost 6 apartments on the site, which is no longer a business, the ceiling height is 2.85, which is not a business again, the balcony is closed that there is no light, room on room that there is no space! Overall not bad, but
It's not a business how they position this complex, and yes there are only 34 parking spaces! This complex did not suit us

I came to a meeting with friends (a tenant of one of the offices) in shorts and a sports T-shirt - they asked for an ID card at the reception under the pretext of a mandatory requirement. He showed it. Later it turned out that there is no such mandatory requirement.
