We had a rest from 14-27.06. We just left, but we already want to return). The service is at the highest level. Hospitable and friendly hosts. I liked the hotel very much, it is cozy and modern. I didn't want to leave the room). There is no dampness, we lived on the second floor. The patio is small, but also very cozy. There are swings, armchairs, and a dining area. You can cook by yourself, there is everything for this. But nearby, in the next house there is a wonderful dining room. The food is delicious at home.
The sea across the street is a wild beach.
There are three more beaches nearby. I liked Mornero, he's the closest. The road takes 10-15 minutes. We walked through Sinop Park, enjoyed the beauty of the park and the singing of birds.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends!

A great place for a family holiday, friendly hosts, there is a kitchen where you can cook breakfast , the sea is across the street, near the popular beaches of mocha and medusa, but we went to the left, there is a nice bar, there are practically no people, calm music is playing and you can rent a sunbed. The room is new, everything is clean, there were no interruptions with water, with light too. There is a washing machine that can be used without problems and payment.There is a kettle, dishes, hair dryer, on the ground floor there is an ironing board with a steam generator. The balcony is shared, but it does not bother, there is a table and 2 chairs on it. The only Wi-Fi does not work except for the room anywhere ( across the street from the hotel is excellent.delicious apache , the prices are like in the next dining room .

The guest house is nice! Everything is as in the photo, BUT the steps are very steep and they do not have a railing.
I'm shooting stars for cheating! In correspondence for several months, I repeatedly asked about the beach, which is SUPPOSEDLY sandy and I was assured that this was so, but in fact the beach +/- is the same as in all of Abkhazia. The coastal strip is sand, but the entire entrance area to the sea is pebbles.
I have a very low pain threshold and it was not a question of beauty or comfort for me, but a really important moment! Because even in shoes, I feel incredible pain going in and out of the sea. And there was no point in going that far. Well, the city itself was horrified - a miserable gray place, no infrastructure and comfort. There is one dining room with questionable food that works until lunch and three small shops where there is no choice. Everywhere there are packs of street dogs and cats, devastation, dirt, stench, not a single pedestrian crossing and an endless stream of cars in both directions.
In general, it was a complete disappointment and a spoiled vacation, which was planned for several months.
The money for the accommodation was at least partially refunded, and thank you! We wanted to leave the very next day after check-in, but we had to suffer there for three days, because the payment was not refunded for three days, but they really wanted to send us out on the same day! "You can leave even today, but we will withhold payment for three days"
