We were at this hotel last week. The room is clean and cozy, the furniture is in good condition. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious, the choice of dishes is large. In general, we were satisfied, I recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

If you suddenly find yourself in Uralsk with a specific desire to accommodate and even with a car, then there is such a place. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast. Fresh rooms in a new (!) hotel. And, most importantly, competent and responsive staff.

A very fresh hotel. The room smells of new furniture, the cleanliness is perfect. Very beautiful outside and inside. The second floor is more expensive due to the fact that there are balconies. The staff is attentive, trying to please the guests. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There are dental kits, shower gel and shampoos, soap. But what pleased and surprised me was that they even put a washcloth😁
