The location is top-of-the-line in the center of Minsk, the view from the window is gorgeous, accessible places, good interior design) But honestly, Nemiga has long been in need of modernization and modern solutions) But I believe that some owner hopes to make this place the center)

For my money and location, it was quite tolerable, I came across a very nice smiling woman, the food was acceptable, I even liked the jelly.🍀

Unfortunately, the sellers are really boorish from the union. It seems that they are extremely unhappy with their work and that we are distracting them. Otherwise, everything is passable. You can drink tea and eat some pastries.
