The location is good, old Batumi, cafes, hotels, attractions ,the sea nearby
The price is pleasant 35-40 GEL per day , but it's not all-season, and the rooms are usually clean

Visitors are being deceived: they have several murdered apartments in the area, which are first shown.
If you do not agree to these bestial conditions, then they do you a "favor" and put you in vacant rooms. The price, of course, is being raised.
The rooms themselves are old and shabby, yellow stains are visible everywhere on the bed linen (hopefully just rust), there are few sockets, they are occupied by a TV / air conditioner / refrigerator. There were very old soaps in the shower, the stickers had already dissolved. The watering can in the shower is leaking, the shower itself cannot be fixed at the right angle, only held in your hands.
I do not recommend it because of attempts to deceive visitors and push stuff
