We vaccinated our first little two-month-old Pomeranian in another clinic, Pulse Clinic, the most disgusting clinic in the world, they overdosed the vaccine on a 500-gram pomeranian, our baby was dying in front of our eyes, by perfect chance we were sent to green vet and thank God we got to them, we were not given a chance that he would survive until morning, but this clinic coped, for which I bow to them the lowest, they took care of him for a day, watched every minute, doctor Elzara was constantly in touch with us, called from a video call, sent a video, she was with him every second, and a day later he came to his senses🙏🏼 Thank you so much, we are forever grateful to you. Thank you for being humane and responding to our situation with such a soul, thank you for having a soul and treating animals with the purest heart. After a short consultation, I was advised to leave the bird until the evening, because they need to think about how they will treat it. I agreed, while pointing out that I had not brought anything from food and water for the bird, they assured me everything was OK, we would feed ourselves. More than 5 hours have passed, during this time my bird was not handled, taken to another room and forgotten while serving other customers! They didn't even give her water! The manager of this sharash office, Margarita, when I asked what was wrong with my bird? - she answered me in the most toxic voice: "Devuuuushka, we had other patients, we will look at your bird"🤬🤬🤬 It turns out to be in critical condition, my parrot spent more than 5 hours without the promised help. I took my pet out of there, they told me that he had an operation - everything will be OK. I found another doctor, he said that there was no operation, that my poor bird was only made worse by the most vile and disgusting method, mutilated and tortured😭 My bird died from complications, neglect and quack treatment. She was killed, she had a chance to heal, but Margarita took it away. I understand that it is more difficult to help animals than people, because our veterinary medicine is poorly developed. But when I came to her for help, she had no doubt that this case was too much for her, she did not send me to another doctor, saying that she could not help, she took my money, treated my pet harshly, killed him, and also constantly gaslighted me, devaluing my anxiety and anxiety. I will dissuade all my friends from going there, I will never go there myself again in my life! I still don't understand what principle this clinic works on? Do I need to be an expensive breed animal, or have some personal connections, pay the amount of grooming for treatment??? What should I have done??
