The nature is amazing, the sea is 5 minutes away at a calm pace, a wide beach, pine trees, two cafes on the shore, we ate in the one on the right (not on the lighthouse), the menu is small, but quite tasty. Green Park - new cabins, clean, good mattresses, pool with sun beds, but in the middle of September we enjoyed the sea). The room has a walk-in closet, but no hangers at all... It's a small thing, but what about them????? They said that tourists stole everything.... But what's that got to do with us? we bought them in a store, there are several of them in the town, there is also a market, cafes... breakfast (included in the price) - porridge, eggs, pancakes in portions...bread and butter..tea. There is no coffee. No frills, but we weren't hungry. You can order a la carte dishes for a fee, but you haven't tried it.
Previously, there was a barbecue right on the territory, it was hoped that it would be possible to sit in the evening at the barbecue, at the house... but this year it was taken out of the territory, into the parking lot.. It's inconvenient and no cozy kebabs have turned out.. They said the campers complained about the smell...which is strange... I personally wouldn't do that...this moment was unpleasantly upset, the barbecue was done on the beach under the pine trees on a camping barbecue...the sunsets there are of unique beauty and it was unforgettable!

The best place for a family holiday in Abkhazia! Verified! We will definitely come back! The staff is on top, always with a smile. The houses are new, everything is clean! The child spent the whole vacation splashing in a warm pool with other children) We didn't expect it to be so great. We arrived in Sukhum and stayed at another hotel on the recommendation of friends. The Uber suite room from which we left 20 minutes later. We started looking for accommodation ourselves and found this option

We travel a lot, we have been to Abkhazia more than 20 times, but we liked this place 100%!!! The sea is very close, you pass through a beautiful park, a beautiful beach where there are not many people! There is no better place to relax! Cozy rooms with everything you need. We stayed at the hotel from 07/28 to 2.08, came to Abkhazia for the first time. An amazing place that we will definitely return to again. Firstly, the houses are new, the room is clean, there is air conditioning, a dryer, a dressing room, a spacious toilet with a shower, a huge double bed and a sofa, a small refrigerator, a TV and parking at the hotel - everything for convenience. The quality matches the price, although depending on the map of Abkhazia, this is a fairly budget option. Special praise to the staff - we arrived late, although check-in from 14.00, the girl warmly welcomed, told everything, conducted a mini-tour. The car is allowed on the territory so as not to carry things once again when unloading / loading. Special thanks to the administrators for their responsiveness and empathy. On the first day, I got a heatstroke, and they suggested where to get help and inquired about my health in the future. Special greetings to the magnificent waiter Artyom, who simply conquered us with a young man - a very responsive, friendly and interesting guy.
Secondly, there is a cafe with delicious food, ice cream, wine, drinks, as well as a clean pool with hydromassage and heating on cold evenings (the owner himself checks at night for bugs in the pool and cleans it), trampolines. The hotel is quiet, we did not hear any other guests, although people sit in the cafe late, which is also a plus, since you can manage time for your own pleasure (the kitchen, if anything, works until 22.00). You can eat your own food in the cafe.
Thirdly, the sea is a 2-3 minute walk through the eucalyptus park with cicadas and local fauna :) a beach with pebbles, nearby there is a cafe, rental of sun beds and sunbeds with umbrellas. There are few people on the beach, which is also a plus compared to Russian Black Sea resorts.

We stumbled upon the hotel by chance and did not regret it. We had a rest with two families from October 28 to November 2. The hotel is good. Very friendly and helpful staff, met "like family". Despite the fact that we arrived unannounced and in the evening, we were quickly checked in. The rooms are clean, new, warm, spacious. There are bathrobes and slippers, shampoo, soap, shower gel, a set of dishes, blankets, a clothes dryer, a refrigerator, a kettle. There is even an air humidifier. The advantage of the hotel is a warm pool! The sea is cold, and we even swam in the evening) they cook well, the price tag is acceptable. The breakfasts are hearty and included in the price. Morning and evening walks to the sea (3 minutes walk). A great place to relax from work and the hustle and bustle of the city!

A gorgeous place, located in the middle of the park, 100 meters from the sea along the path. The hotel is still in the growth stage, there are 20 small wooden houses and the first floor of the hotel complex consisting of 10 suites has already been launched. The rooms are single rooms of 48m2. On the second floor there are junior suites, they are slightly smaller, 40m2 each. The rooms have everything for living, a hairdryer, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, lamps, as well as a double bed, a sofa for 2 people and two armchairs beds! Outside, each room has two armchairs and a table. The pool is equipped with a hydro massage, sun loungers, umbrellas and beach tables. In the concept of the development of this place, it is planned to create a closed park in the center of the territory, with sun beds, hammocks, swings and a large number of plants. ☘️ hearty breakfasts, porridges, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, tea or coffee. They cook delicious soups and pizzas! There are ice cream, drinks, beer and wines on sale. The rooms are cleaned daily! We have been to Abkhazia 5 times, I can definitely recommend this place for a vacation!

A wonderful hotel located in a quiet green area where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. We rested in the suite, we really liked it, everything is new, the cleanliness is perfect, the girls clean every day. There is a heated swimming pool on site, the sea is a 3-minute walk through the eucalyptus park, a beach with pebbles. The breakfasts are hearty, but I would like less sugar in the porridge))) and the menu is a little more diverse, but everything is perfect, we will come back more than once.

We stayed from 24.10 to 26.10, a great place for privacy. We helped with the choice (house or room), gave advice, told everything. The room is large and spacious. The bed is large, there is everything you need to stay. A warm heated swimming pool .It is located among greenery and trees, the smell is awesome. There is a park behind the dining area. The sea is 5 minutes away at a slow pace .Great food, great service! We will definitely come back again!

A wonderful hotel! We rested there from 07/25.24. to 08/05.24. in the 11th house, it is considered an economy, but I was quite satisfied with such an economy. The rooms are clean and cozy. In the room, there is a TV from electrical appliances, which, in principle, was not useful to us, there was no time to watch; a small refrigerator, very useful; a kettle, air conditioning. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Two beds, because the three of us had a rest: me, my husband and a child (12 years old): a double bed and a sofa bed for the child, i.e. it was comfortable for him not to sleep too closely. Everything is fine, but! take a fumigator with you, because mosquitoes will bother you.
The neighbors do not interfere, because you are in a separate house. This is also a big plus!
The pool is clean, every morning it is cleaned first with a net, then with a vacuum cleaner. They don't leave a single speck! Thank you very much for the clean pool.

The accommodation includes breakfast (from 8.00 to 10.00): 1) oatmeal/rice/semolina/buckwheat, 2) scrambled eggs, 3) pancakes/cheesecakes/pancakes 4) cheese, butter and tea or cocoa. Porridge and cookies are not for choice, but something that is given on this day. The breakfasts are delicious, the child (let me remind you - 12 years old) even ate semolina). I will say separately about cheesecakes, they are divine, VERY tasty and tender, melt in your mouth! Thank you very much ❤️!
For lunch and dinner, you can order dishes from the menu. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The cafe is open until 22.00., orders are accepted until 21.00.-21.30.
The sea is less than a 5-minute walk away. The beach is pebbly, but normal.
In general, next year we will go to the Green Park again! If you plan to take a break from the noise of the city and catch some relaxation, then welcome to the Green park!

We stayed at the hotel from July 2 to July 9, 2024 in a junior suite. The room is gorgeous: new furniture, refrigerator, hair dryer, dishes, kettle, bathrobes, slippers, huge TV. We were very satisfied with the rest. Breakfasts always consisted of three dishes: rice porridge / semolina / oatmeal, pancakes / cheesecakes / cottage cheese and scrambled eggs, tea or coffee to choose from. We had lunch and dinner at the same cafe at the hotel. They cook very tasty, the portions are large. One salad can be quite full. The money is not very expensive compared to Moscow prices. Excellent Abkhazian wine, beer, lemonade. A large pool with hydromassage, where you can swim until night. Common swimming facilities have been provided for children: laps and a mattress. My daughter has played enough, there is no need to buy her own. There are two trampolines on the territory. Wi-fi catches well. The hotel is located almost on the territory of the park, birds are singing and cicadas are chirping. The air is magnificent! It's a five-minute walk to the beach. The sea was warm, though there were often waves. On the beach, you can rent a sunbed under an awning or with an umbrella for 300 rubles. You can also rent a sapboard, 500 rubles per hour. The village of Agudzera is located about 1 km from the hotel, we went there to buy fruits, there are also shops and pharmacies. If you need a quiet and relaxing holiday with good service, then I highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel. The houses are chalets, there is also a building. Good administrators (special thanks to Khas) , a good kitchen, waiters, an Adgur, I think the caretaker, thanks to whom everything works like clockwork. Very clean and crisp linen, clean rooms, properly installed air conditioning, nice bathroom. The clinic works at a height. There is a restaurant on site, breakfast is included in the price (eggs, porridge, pastries, a choice of drink, except coffee). The pool is clean from 10.00-22.00 (thanks again to Adgur). Definitely petrified

We had a rest on 31.06.11.06.2024 with a family (dad, mom, a teenager of 15 years old). We were the first guests of the 2024 summer season. A magnificent hotel. We did not expect such a high level from the hotel of Abkhazia. The cordiality and hospitality of the host and staff was amazing. I also remember the repeated compliments from the hotel in the person of the administrator Khas, who is always friendly and not indifferent to the needs of vacationers, and the attention and care from the maids - Kristina and Nina, and the sincerity and attentiveness of the waiter Svetlana ...
The hotel liked the heated pool and hydro massage in all respects. The owner himself was very scrupulous about the maintenance and cleanliness of the pool: he personally cleaned accidentally trapped insects with a net, all the time he was interested in whether the water temperature suits us. The chefs cook deliciously, the portions are large, the prices are the same as in other cafes.
The hotel itself is located in a green and quiet park area, the sea is close - 150 meters. We recommend this hotel for a calm and measured rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

We rested at the end of July 2024. I liked everything very much. Of the advantages- the sea is just 3 minutes away with a calm step through the forest along good paths (path), there is a cafe on the shore and its own cafe on the territory, the pool is well-groomed (clean), the territory and rooms are cleaned daily, we had an air dehumidifier in our room, this function is very advanced because with it the air in the room Well, it's generally comfortable. A quiet and cozy place, and most importantly, prices in this area are 20-30% cheaper. Of the minuses (I ask the hosts to pay special attention to this) - In the cafe (on the territory), very often they serve uncooked food (we took French fries and one time it was normal and the other was straight raw inside, someone took a raw cutlet) and here we need to finalize a little with the chefs. The double mattress in the rooms is new, but the springs dig into the side and an additional mattress (soft) is just asking for. And so if you correct these disadvantages, I would call this hotel the best on the coast (price -quality ratio). Ask me if you would go back there again, yes, yes and yes again.

GREEN PARK is an excellent LODGE HOTEL opened in July 2023, located in a park area, clean, quiet, cozy. To the sea 150 m. , pebble beach. At the moment there are 20 cabins, fully equipped with everything you need (TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, body towel and beach towel, dryer) free WI-FI. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, the water is clean and warm +30C. The staff is beyond praise, hardworking, polite, friendly!! I would especially like to mention Alyasa, a very responsive young man! The hotel operates on the basis of BREAKFAST (standard: porridge, pancakes, scrambled eggs + drink). In the cafe where breakfast is served, you can have lunch and dinner on the menu, the prices are reasonable. I preferred fish dishes ! There are 2 more cafes on the beach, you can choose according to your taste. I recommend it for a relaxing quality holiday. And of course I want to come back!!!!!

The hotel is nice, the cabins are very cozy, the staff is friendly.
The music in the cafe was very annoying, Stas Mikhailov is constantly playing, playing loudly. Neither the volume nor the repertoire fit into this natural landscape, I want to hear the singing of birds and the sounds of the forest (
I won't take off the star for breakfast, but in our opinion it's bad. There is no choice. For example, only buckwheat, fried eggs and pancakes. Nothing else. I didn't like the food, we went to eat in Sukhum.

We were at the hotel in early October. A great vacation in a great place. I understand that the categorization of the star rating of hotels goes according to a certain scenario, but this would give a solid 4 stars, not the stated 3. Sooo clean rooms, which is rare for Abkhazia. Snow-white linen, bathrobes and towels. They are changed every 2 days. We even asked not to change so often (sorry for the laundresses and maids). There are standard cute wooden houses and the main building with suites and J.suites. We lived in a junior suite (40 m) with 2 ladies and 2 children, there was enough space for everyone. Everything is thought out. There are also suites, but it seems to me that apart from the larger square footage they are no different. If I were the owners, I would make 2-room suites out of the suites. But, the master is a gentleman! By the way, the owners are very friendly, nice and hardworking people who are pleasant to communicate with. Having a decent education, they do not disdain to serve guests at breakfast and take care of the hotel on their own, on an equal footing with hired employees! All minor flaws are solved quickly. The food for breakfast is varied, tasty and dense. Everyone will find something to their liking. According to the menu to order, I would give recommendations to order only national food, because European food is prepared at its discretion, it is not at all familiar to the "Europeans" themselves))) and introduce desserts and ice cream, because sometimes you want something sweet, but you don't want to lift your ass and go anywhere) the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the shops of the village, 3 minutes from the sea (very clean, there is no confluence of large rivers nearby, and accordingly, with them and sewers) and 25 minutes drive to Sukhum. Beyond the territory there is a chic, but slightly neglected park, from where coolness, eucalyptus trees and conifers are blowing. I really hope that by our next visit, the hotel management will decide to improve the path from the hotel through the park to the sea by laying lighting and new asphalt. I understand that this is not the territory of the hotel, but for the guests it will be a great convenience and a plus in the "karma" of the hotel itself. And when there is an airport in Sukhum, it will not be difficult to get to the hotel, 20-30 minutes. So, I hope Green Park will become a good friend and a frequent warm haven for us during the cold Russian off-season! Prosperity to you, good luck and adequate guests!

We got there completely by accident, we were worried that it would be noisy, because there are many houses and a hotel on the territory. And we don't drink with small children either. There were incidents in general. I was very pleased with the promotion and the price tag, we were in the middle of October and the weather was good and we will go looking for cheaper, I think you will find it. a wonderful, but warm pool went to everyone, especially children, as it is divided into two parts, one for toddlers. Plus, two trampolines are also worth it for children. The bartender, Thasou, was very smiling and friendly. It's interesting to talk to him, the guy is very sociable. Aunt Rosa deserves special words of gratitude, she is a very caring and friendly woman, I would like to call her mom. In general, all the staff there are very friendly. So now to the action, we lived according to the action, with huge and delicious breakfasts that I have never eaten. Because there is a lot of it. Lovers of devouring you here. The kitchen is also generally not expensive and quite tasty. I mean, if you want to save money and go looking for something cheaper, I think you'll waste your time. Very close to the beach with clear and clear water. I'll post the photos with a mess because I took them off during my stay.

The cafe is open from 8 to 20 and after 19:30 orders are no longer accepted, when a lot of people can wait for breakfast for 40 minutes, personally I waited for some tea for so long without waiting. Terrible noise insulation in the houses, music was playing loudly from the beach in the cafe until the morning and you hear it and it is not possible to sleep.

We had a vacation in September 2024. I liked the hotel, we lived in a house. To the sea - 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. The hotel has nice, clean rooms. Cleaning was done every two days.
I'm not lowering my star, but there were problems with breakfast - it was very monotonous. For 7 days, we were so full of various egg preparation options that we couldn't look at them for a long time). Coffee for breakfast is picketed only.
But, this did not mar the rest in any way. Polite staff, always ready to help.

Great place. We went to a women's retreat at this hotel. Everything is very clean, the service staff are really hard workers! A big role was played by a large heated swimming pool! We swam in it until 3 a.m... A place outside the gates of protected nature! We conducted meditations there. The sea is very close. And in the morning there were wonderful delicious dense breakfasts. I liked the rest)

Today they call us and say that the rooms are sold out, how is this even possible is not clear. Allegedly, the owners of the hotel sold everything without informing the tour operators . What to do now is not clear, tomorrow is the flight. How is this possible????
