We are currently resting at this hotel.Of the advantages:freshly renovated, clean snow-white linen and towels, there is a kitchen, dishes, washing machine!!!, dryer, etc., the staff is friendly and always ready to help.A very nice, sparsely populated pebble beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, near the botanical garden, the hotel is located in a relatively quiet place, you can sleep with an open window.Of the cons:if you are not traveling by car, then be prepared to use taxi services often, since you will not find a grocery store within walking distance, as well as decent cafes, you will have to drive to the center of Batumi for this, and it takes 30-40 minutes through one-way traffic jams.In general, we really like the hotel in terms of price-quality ratio.

It's not a bad place, there's a lot of greenery around. To the sea is a 10-minute quiet (but uphill) walk. The hotel building is a modern 13-storey building made of glass and concrete. Two clean elevators always work. Overall, it is cozy and clean everywhere. The Russian-speaking staff is always friendly and helpful. The administration is determined to help solve your everyday problems, which is very pleasant to feel when on vacation not in your own country. We rented a studio. Everything was working properly: plumbing, induction cooker, lighting equipment, air conditioning, hair dryer, strier, heated towel rail, iron, etc. There are necessary utensils. It's okay! The only small problem is that a new hotel is being built next to the sea. It will be a little noisy sometimes. For a family holiday - a credit!

We've rented apartments here twice. Everything is on top. I have never met such friendly staff even in 4 and 5 ⭐️ hotels. It feels like everyone is sincere, especially the head manager Irina, who is always in touch, always helpful, and always accommodating. An incredibly pleasant place

1. Clean, cozy room with a fresh renovation. In general, the complex is modern and comfortable.
2. There is everything you need: stove, kettle, dishes, washing machine, refrigerator. You can live even for a day, even for a month.

7. The area itself is very quiet and green, even after the center of Batumi, it feels like the air here is completely different, special.
What to pay attention to (this is not about the hotel itself, but you need to take into account so that there are no questions later):
1. It's a long way to the center of Batumi + constant traffic jams in that direction. you can drive for 30 or 40 minutes.
2. There are no shops nearby, a small bottling plant does not count), you need to go to the center of Makhinjauri or to Batumi for groceries.
3. It would be nice to arrange something like sunshades in the parking lot. There is no shadow, the car is red hot)

We really liked this apartment. They are located on a Green Cape near the Batumi Botanical Garden. At night we enjoyed the sounds of cicadas, and during the day we admired the riot of greenery. The administrator promptly resolved all issues. There was even a stir in the apartments.a car and a toaster, a bunch of different dishes. For the washing machine at the reception, they gave a powder and a gel for washing dishes. Since we were by car, it was very convenient for us - there is parking and shops and pharmacies can be reached in 5-10 minutes. We will definitely come back again

Great hotel! We were with our parents and a small child. We booked two rooms. The room with a kitchen is very comfortable. Large refrigerator, everything for cooking, washing machine. In general, the hotel is new and very well maintained. The pool is small but clean. We swam with pleasure. The beach near the green cape is one of the best on the entire coast of Batumi. The administrator Irina is a very pleasant girl, meets like family, solves all issues. We arrived by car, so there was no question of shops and cafes, we could drive anywhere. But if you are without a car, it may be inconvenient. The cafe on the ground floor is also nice, the menu is very small, but the food is delicious. We had lunch there a couple of times. The hotel experience is great! I recommend it!

On the 1st floor there is a small cafe with delicious homemade food!
Clean air, as the hotel is next to the Botanical Garden!
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea.
There are many small cafes nearby where you can taste homemade wine and Georgian cuisine!
Our 2 weeks just flew by in this beautiful place! And we are waiting for next summer to come here again!

We lived in the Green Line for 3 months.
During this time, the residential complex has become a home.
Amazing service, we were so warmly welcomed!
A brand new residential complex, clean, cozy with kind and helpful staff and residents!
They will always help and prompt you.
The apartment has everything you need! (Dishes, pans, bed linen, etc.)
The perfect location next to the botanical garden, silence, birds singing, amazing air!
The sea is a 7-minute walk away. There are shops in the vicinity, a bus stop nearby.
There is also Parking, which is not a little important)
I would like to thank Irina, the manager of the residential complex, for her attentiveness, warmth and care for each guest!

The staff is good, the service is 4+, all our wishes have been solved. We asked for another frying pan, ironing board, bags, toilet paper.
The rooms are clean, the view is good. There was not enough dishwasher.
They added a small bed and allowed us to leave a couple of hours later.

We had a cool very large room, with a very large bed. There was a small kitchen in the room, it had everything you needed.
The room is very clean.
I would like to say separately about the staff, they were very responsive, helped in everything. The guys made our stay comfortable. There was a very hearty breakfast, for very reasonable money.

The view is good, There is a Botanical garden nearby. The staff is friendly. But there is not a single store nearby, we ate only at a nearby hotel. The room equipment could have been done better, there were no basic household items, such as toilet paper, etc. Next time we would have chosen a different area of Batumi, we expected a better one.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
We were in August 2022.
On the call, the price is 200 lari for a room for 4 with a kitchen, on arrival they turn on the fool "you called the wrong place, the room costs 250" we check in.
They left the next day and decided to come back for another day. The room is occupied as usual. They gave 2 rooms for 150 GEL each. Like with a discount, so they cost 170. The next day, I asked to leave 1 room for 3 hours, 75 GEL was announced. When asked why it was so expensive in 3 hours, they said that "we felt sorry for you, so these rooms are 250 each."
Conclusion. There is no specific price list. They fool around as they want. At the same time, they are very uncomfortable.
