Nice hotel. Good location. The hotel grounds are clean, the rooms are large, comfortable and clean.

In general, full compliance with the cost. In kobuleti there are both cheaper and more expensive.
Of the advantages - almost on the seashore (see photo) yes, the fund is a little tired, but everything is quite acceptable.
Breakfasts again correspond to the cost. This is a plus for me. You don't have to go anywhere, you can recharge with breakfast without leaving the hotel. If you go to breakfast somewhere nearby, it will be more expensive and not the fact that it is better.
In general, I recommend it. Mainly because of the proximity to the sea, the bus station and the whole center.
