I was there in October 2024, the perfect price-performance ratio for Almaty. The room was very warm, the batteries were working. The furniture and plumbing itself are a bit old, but overall everything is pretty clean and cozy. The food and tea were brought to the room - delicious. I always make sure that there is carpet in the hallway in the hotel - this affects the sound insulation. The sound insulation is excellent here. Overall, I had a great rest after traveling through the foothills. Thanks:) Separately, I would highlight the beautiful green area around the hotel and the garden.

Great air. Comfortable rooms are spacious and bright. Very caring staff. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious breakfasts. Fast Internet connection (hotel Wi-Fi). There is good heating in the autumn and winter period. This is the second time I've stayed here. It's "love at first sight"))

Excellent value for money. The room is clean, fresh towels and bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfast is included in the price and is quite varied. There is a mini-bar, satellite TV, wi-fi. The staff is polite. Decent, quiet, clean.

I booked for my guests from China, they smoke a lot and often. Therefore, the choice fell on this hotel, there are rooms with balconies, you can smoke outside. They liked the location, the silence and the clean air. There is Wi-Fi, even on the street it catches. The price was generally surprised and pleased, I would put 5 stars for it, but as always there is a BUT! The rooms are small, there is almost everything. Breakfast is included, but for three and on the ground floor. Of the cons: There is no way to enter or a mechanism for the disabled. The hotel is not intended for people with disabilities at all. The stairs are high and sloping. And I also didn't like that it felt like the USSR got into the 80s. They may not turn on the light in the lobby, saving money, there is no elevator, the stairs are wooden, creaking. If travelers just want to sleep and then solve all their business in the city, then this is the best hotel! If you need the city center, the location to the subway, restaurants, then you are not here. I'll give you 4 stars for this money. 2 rooms for 2 days and nights gave 40,000 tenge. Or 10000 tenge per day for 1 room.
