An average hotel, located in courtyards, the room stock is tired.
Among the advantages: 24-hour reception, friendly staff, excellent bed linen, comfortable soft mattress, air conditioning in the room, tea station, tea, coffee, sugar in the room; as many as 3 bottles of 1.5 liters of water in the room; the maximum set of disposable hotel accessories; buffet breakfast, if I'm not mistaken, from 05:30 to 11:00 (or so)
On the downside: at 5:30 a.m., the staff is not the most accommodating, the interior is outdated, and I was especially impressed by the smell and the elevator, a la the 80s boarding house. It's like the smell of an old boarding house with an admixture of burnt plastic, but it's only in the hallway and by the elevator, too, of such a harsh Soviet look. Tired rooms that haven't been updated in 20 years. There are traces of mold on the silicone seams in the bathroom (but this is completely normal for any hotels, you just need to periodically update the silicone and that's it) That's where the cons end.
I repeat, the linen and mattress are excellent👍🏻
I can't fully appreciate breakfast, because it seems to me that it was partially set at the time of my visit. I'm not a fan of porridge and all that. For breakfast, I took curry, there it is, and vegetables. As I was told, employees from one of the NATO bases often live in this hotel, in fact, such early breakfasts are for them.
Check out of the rooms at 12:00. Things can be left at the reception and picked up in the evening at a convenient time. Another nuance of the southern specifics of cities, which I was not aware of: public transport does not run after 21 hours, or rather, after 20 you are unlikely to meet it. So order a taxi at the hotel if anything, they don't charge. The reception staff is really very friendly👍🏻

Well, the hotel was rebuilt from a former kindergarten. The hotel is one-storey, with its own flavor. service, cleanliness in the rooms for 4, parking is good. The location is really not very convenient, like the city center, at the same time the wilderness.

We urgently checked in at night, the receptionist quickly found the room, suggested everything, and had a delicious breakfast in the morning. Clean, cozy, good kitchen. The room has everything you need. We definitely recommend it.

He lived on the fifth floor. The water was barely cold. In the toilet, after one flush, the next flush could be done only after three hours))). It seems that they came and did something, but nothing has changed. The room itself is quite cozy. The breakfast buffet is not to say that it is plentiful, but it is normal. Good location in the city. Quietly calmly.

Хороший отель. В номере чисто, чайник , чай, кофе,вода в бутылках, место для парковки авто. Отель в удобном районе города. Рядом торговые центры. Персонал приветливый.

Хороший добротный отель, есть парковка на территории, номер стандартный, постельное белье, матрасы и подушки норм, две бутылочки питьевой воды, завтраки отличные, шведский стол. Отличный отель для ночёвки

Отель сильно изношен, ковролан на полу требует замены, кровати, санузел, всё изношено и старо. Кафель в коридорах давно отошёл и скрипит при ходьбе, сверху уложена ковровая дорожка, дабы скрыть недостаток. Друзей и гостей сюда лучше не заселять. Только для дешёвого места перекантовки, хотя цены достаточно высоки по сравнению с тем, что даёт этот отель.

Кормят хорошо, номера большие. Кровати неудобные. Ну может мне такая попалась. Интернет летает. Персонал приветливый. Расположение неудобное, где-то внутри между домами находится. В принципе все нормально.

Просторные номера, мягкие кровати, приятный персонал. Снизил оценку за телевидение, которое плохо работает, и за темноватые вечером номера. Остальное всё шикарно. По цене не скажу, лежал на изоляции

Гостиница бюджетная. Местоположение - во дворах. Постельное белье, матрацы сантехника "уставшие".

Номера - просто сарай. Двери скрипят, замки болтаются. В санузле, плитка отслаивается. Того гляди на голову рухнет. Матрасы так просто пружины. Утром все тело будет в клеточку, если конечно сможете на них уснуть.
А вот кафе и столовая на высоте. Шведский стол. Не богатый, но довольно таки широкий выбор блюд.
