The hotel is very old. The linoleum is pulled up everywhere so that you can fall. The mattresses are terrible!The food is very bad, you don't demand fruit yet! If the Chinese settled for half a season, they fed better. One plus is that the bus stop was nearby if you go to the center, for example, to the cho dam market! It should be demolished in a good way! The manager is Dima, speaks Russian, studied in Moscow.

A great hotel for 3 stars is just super, there is a small courtyard. I always stay there, book an improved room, the rooms are large, the rooms have a tea set, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, buffet breakfasts, you can always choose dishes for yourself. Beach towels can be taken at the reception, the beach is a 5-8-minute walk away, the hotel does not have its own beach.

We had a rest in November 2018. The location of the hotel is just perfect, the beach is literally five minutes away at a calm pace. The breakfasts are more than decent, and the variety of dishes will not let your taste buds get bored. The room was cleaned, towels were changed, soap and bubble accessories and water were added daily. The staff is very helpful, helpful and smiling. Very good WI-FI, at least on the sixth floor. One minus, there is a 24-hour construction site nearby, we escaped with closed windows and air conditioning turned on, but we were so tired during the day that this noise did not interfere with our sleep. In the cafe on the first right from the hotel, the most delicious Pho soup in the whole city, do not pass by. I wish you a good and unforgettable vacation.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. The city center and everything in 5-10 minutes to the right place.
Cons: the hotel has not been renovated for a very long time (2009), the rooms are large, the view from the upper floors even to the sea, although this is the second line, but everything is old and requires not even a repair place, but just an update.
A separate minus is the breakfast at the hotel, if not for the scrambled eggs, they were hungry, the choice of dishes is very meager.

The tour was bought very quickly due to the fact that seats on the plane were running out on the selected departure date, so the hotel was chosen according to the rating on the website of the Anex Tour travel agency, which was 4.5 *. After buying the tour, I decided to read reviews about the hotel, and was horrified - there were so many denials! Thank God, in fact, everything turned out to be not just good, but even excellent! The hotel, of course, is already old, and needs to be renovated. There are comments on the condition of the room, plumbing, furniture, but they are not critical, in general! All appliances are working - water heater, TV, air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, refrigerator freezes brutally! We liked the room (superior) - spacious, lots of closets for things, a large balcony (just great), you can put a table and armchairs there. The room has everything you need, tea and coffee are provided free of charge per bag per person per day, and a bottle of 350 ml drinking water. They clean every day, even on the first day of the Chinese New Year (25.01) and then they came to clean, although all Vietnamese are resting! On Chinese New Year, they put a beautiful greeting card for us from the director of the hotel - it was very nice! The hotel has 2 elevators, which is very pleasing, we did not have to wait long. The breakfasts are not just good, but excellent, there is everything - Fo soup, fried eggs or omelet on request, vegetables, fruits, hot. Perhaps there are not enough sweet pastries, but for us this is not an argument. The location of the hotel is excellent - the center of the tourist area (lotus), but at the same time it is not on the main street, so there is not much noise. What is a huge plus - on excursions we were always picked up last, and brought first. Nearby there are 3 supermarkets, a night market, cafes and restaurants, as well as a street where you could buy food for cheap (fried fish, chicken, shrimp, squid, Vietnamese pancakes with a filling to choose from, and so on ...). Also nearby is an underground passage through the main street of the city - they quietly crossed it to the beach. In general, in comparison with other hotels where we have visited, it is a solid four plus. However, there were some disadvantages. Somehow I needed copies of passports for the tour - I ordered at the reception on the way to breakfast, we go back, and the lady did not even try to make them, she began to move only after being reminded, we waited for half an hour while she made 2 sheets of copies, and at the same time chatted with her colleague about something. Well, at the check-out (we left at 2.30 am), we were not given lunch boxes instead of the usual breakfast, although I ordered them in advance in the evening. It's good that we weren't hungry, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained.

I had a vacation with my child in August, early September.Well, what I want to say about the hotel, the only plus is the location.The sea is nearby.There are only Chinese people in the hotel.If you come to breakfast at 8 there is nothing left.It is not pleasant to be in a restaurant with them.Imagine a picture, there are two of us and one Chinese, who are yelling, screaming and spitting.The attitude of the staff towards the guests is disgusting.We had a flight at 22.00 pm.I went to the reception to extend the room until the evening, a day in advance.The madam working there was sleeping at the desk at the counter, barely woke her up.Sleepy, without thinking, can't figure out what I want from her.I communicated through Google.interpreter.As a result, I extended the room for half.days.600,000., they wrote out a receipt for me and I calmly began to rest.In the evening, returning from a walk with the child, she waves her hands at me, shouts in every possible way, madam!As a result, she shoves the money back at me and says, excuse me, we have a reservation, I did not check.I was stubborn and didn't know which one.The bottom line is that I was still kicked out of the room with the child.They threw money almost in my face.I've been to Vietnam for the third time, I've lived in different hotels, but I've never met such rudeness to guests anywhere like here.That is, the employee is asleep, she did not even look at the computer to see if there was a reservation, took the money, wrote out a receipt.And as a result, I sat with the child in their hall in the stuffy air until the evening.Dear guests, if you want to live in comfort, cleanliness, this hotel is not yours.Personally, I do not recommend this pigsty.

The location is good, despite the fact that there is a construction site nearby, there is no constant buzzing of cars. 2nd line-10 minutes to the sea. Beach towels are provided on deposit daily. The breakfasts are varied, but for an amateur, but there is a lot of food. The rooms are normal, everything worked for us, the standard is without a balcony. Near the local night market, the second line in terms of housing is better than 3ya. 1 employee speaks Russian, others can speak English through a translator
