I recently stayed at the Green Hill Hotel at 31 Asset Naimanbayev Street in Almaty, and I want to share my impressions. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression due to its location and cozy atmosphere.
Positive:
1. Location: The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as shops, which makes your stay comfortable. The main attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport.
2. Cozy rooms: The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The interior design is pleasant, creating a sense of home comfort.
3. Excellent service: The staff is very polite and attentive. All questions were answered promptly, and they helped with any requests. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
4. Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the room rate, and it is really delicious! The buffet offers a wide range of dishes, including traditional Kazakh dishes, which adds a special charm.
Minuses:
1. Sound insulation: Despite the fact that the area is quiet, sometimes you can hear sounds from the street or from neighboring rooms. This may interfere with your rest a bit, especially if you are sensitive to noise.
2. Internet: Wi-Fi was unstable in some parts of the building. The signal in the room was weak, I had to go out into the corridor or lobby to use the Internet.
In general, the Green Hill Hotel is a good option for those who are looking for comfortable accommodation in Almaty. The convenient location, friendly staff and delicious breakfasts make it attractive for tourists and business travelers. I recommend it!

I stayed at Green Hill, and it was a great choice for a vacation! First of all, I would like to mention the SPA, hammam and sauna – everything is at the highest level, ideal for relaxation. After an active day, I had a great time at the fitness center, which is equipped with modern fitness equipment, and ended the evening with a cozy karaoke.
Separately, I would like to praise the restaurant – the dishes are fresh, delicious, and the service is impeccable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel creates a feeling of complete comfort.
Green Hill has left only pleasant impressions, and I will be happy to come back here again! I recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort.

I stayed at Green Hill in Almaty and was very satisfied. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but the city center is easily accessible. The rooms are clean, cozy, with comfortable furniture and everything you need.
The staff is polite and always ready to help, and the breakfasts are delicious and varied. This is a great place for a comfortable stay. If I visit Almaty again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
