We visited last night, the first thing that infuriated me was the seller in the confectionery department, at first she was basically not there, and when she came up, she began to serve the girl who had just come up with the words "they still choose." We have been standing for some time and have already chosen, I wanted to clarify only the presence of one ingredient in the cake. Normal level, nothing to say. After that, the situation was at the self-service checkout. The product from the meat department did not make its way, I waited for the consultant to come up for about 5 minutes, because she is in 2 departments, it is not her fault, but still. When she came up, she told me to enter the number from the barcode, although in other stores the consultants do it themselves, after several attempts I waited for her again for about 5 minutes, another woman came up, did exactly the same thing and said "I can't help anything", I waited another 5 minutes for someone to come up to me and they will say the same thing so that I myself go to the meat department and ask them to paste another barcode. In my opinion, this situation is also not entirely acceptable, but still not as angry as in the confectionery department. The assortment in the store is not bad except for vegetables and fruits, their condition is depressing.
As long as I went into this store, it sank lower and lower in my eyes. I come here only when there is not much choice. I'm not talking about self-service ticket offices... I actively go to competitors' hypermarkets and self-service cash desks work like clockwork there. I only use them. There are always some mistakes, some problems. You need to call a consultant every time. The same song was on the green at another point... It's a nightmare. Cooking. Everyone, of course, has their own taste preferences, but a couple of times I took different cutlets and they all went to the trash. But the final was yesterday. I came to buy eclairs. I'm standing by the window, waiting. There's a woman standing behind the pizza department looking at me. I'm looking at her. A minute passes. I get tired of waiting, I ask the woman who makes pizza "who can I contact to be approached and she answered, .that they would come up now and turned to this woman. WHO HAS BEEN LOOKING AT ME ALL THIS TIME... She gave me eclairs. There were problems at the self-service checkout again, of course, and in the end I couldn't eat them. Because they are wooden. Dear ones, do you not want to write off unusable products?
It's a small store compared to the larger "brothers", but you'll find everything basic without problems, the quality of cooking is almost at the same level as in the Greens on Kamennaya Gorka or in the Skala shopping center. There are no problems with parking, everything is convenient.

I've always been sure that Green's stores are among the best....but it's very sad that I was wrong: the ruins of vegetables and fruits are terrible!!!! Potatoes are rotten and green, carrots are sluggish, onions are half-rotten and crumpled, lemons are soft with spots .....it's terrible. There are no complaints about other retail departments
I stood in the sausage department for 10 minutes, no one came to serve. I went to other departments and asked for someone to be called to the sausage shop. No one came.
There weren't many people in the store.
They didn't wait, she left without buying.
Time is wasted, the impression is ruined.
Hire the required number of employees, not just one for all departments.
