GREEN is generally a super chain of stores, now these are probably the most relevant stores in the city of Minsk (I have not visited other cities), I know them all, there is, however, one GREEN store is not very large compared to the others, it is in Chizhovka, but it originally belonged to a Space, therefore it was built according to another project, and so everything is great, from the choice of products to clothes and other things, there is a decent assortment of everything everywhere, as well as good staff, I recommend 👍
If it was 0, I would have put it. I left the store in a terrible mood. This is not the cheapest store, which means that at least some acceptable level of service is expected from the staff. We visited last night, the first thing that infuriated me was the seller in the confectionery department, at first she was basically not there, and when she came up, she began to serve the girl who had just come up with the words "they still choose." We have been standing for some time and have already chosen, I wanted to clarify only the presence of one ingredient in the cake. Normal level, nothing to say. After that, the situation was at the self-service checkout. The product from the meat department did not make its way, I waited for the consultant to come up for about 5 minutes, because she is in 2 departments, it is not her fault, but still. When she came up, she told me to enter the number from the barcode, although in other stores the consultants do it themselves, after several attempts I waited for her again for about 5 minutes, another woman came up, did exactly the same thing and said "I can't help anything", I waited another 5 minutes for someone to come up to me and they will say the same thing so that I myself go to the meat department and ask them to paste another barcode. In my opinion, this situation is also not entirely acceptable, but still not as angry as in the confectionery department. The assortment in the store is not bad except for vegetables and fruits, their condition is depressing.
