The apartment is run by local Russian-speaking businessmen, hence all the + and -. Among the advantages: the sea (gorgeous and not far away) and the flexibility typical for small businesses. About the cons: we were a little shocked by the lack of what 4* (even Greek) should have: a hair dryer, bathroom accessories, basic kitchen utensils. There is a petty economy in everything. Upon check-in, all we were told about the apartment is that you need to turn on the heating of hot water for 15-20 minutes: "you don't need more." However, if you ask, they will bring both a hair dryer and an iron.
The hotel is surrounded by a restaurant and shops where "Soviet Greeks" work. It is convenient for those who do not speak foreign languages, but you need to be prepared for the classic Soviet buyer—seller relationship.
3 days of rest were spent with the repair of the neighboring house (paint, noise, etc.) and this is in August???
I would advise the owners to attend courses or read books about the business of receiving guests. Or hire a professional.
