I really liked the hotel. We liked everything: the gorgeous grounds, the pools, the staff, the restaurants. The food was very tasty: there was always beef, fish, chicken, lots of vegetables and a lot of sweets, no less than 50 kinds. Fruits have always included guava, mini bananas, apples (very sweet), oranges, grapefruit, melon, and a few strawberries. Bars were open everywhere, and they made delicious cocktails. There were burgers, hot dogs, and even shrimp in the afternoon snack. There was even a crab dinner once. The beach is beautifully and interestingly equipped, there are many pools, animators constantly entertain people. There were activities for children in the evenings, then for adults. There was a fruit festival, it was gorgeous! The territory is very well cleaned, the rooms are not very well, but this is the case everywhere-this is Egypt, the cleaners are men. But the mini-bar was always stocked with delicious guava juices, mango, sprites and Cola. The children were very pleased and so were we. For me, the big disadvantage was the low tide of the sea,
they said it happens in March (the travel agency didn't say anything about it), but you can go swimming from the pontoon, where all kinds of beautiful fish swim, take masks. We were very lucky with the weather, there were no winds, the sea was 24 degrees. We were there from March 11th to 17th. At 12 o'clock, when we checked in, we had lunch, then spent time at the reception, drinking coffee and juices, there is also a free bar. The hotel is working out its top five. We would go there again, although it seems more convenient when the hotel is in the city.
A great hotel, we stayed there in the middle of February for 9 full days. Excellent staff, all very friendly, polite, hardworking. The room was cleaned every day. The area is large and very clean. Lots of greenery. Every evening after dinner there was some kind of show, karaoke, dancing, contests. The animator girls also conducted yoga, zumba and other entertainment. And the thing that I liked the most was, of course, the sea! It takes 3-7 minutes to walk to it, depending on the location of your room. The pier leads out to a lagoon with unrealistically beautiful turquoise waters surrounded by reefs. A lot of beautiful colorful fish can be seen up close.
There is a lot of food, at first you need to get used to it, because the dishes are specific, they put a lot of spices, something very salty that is impossible to eat, but you will not stay hungry. 2 out of 9 days were given seafood, large shrimps, oysters and crab. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Of the minor disadvantages, they didn't give out bathrobes and slippers, so take them with you.
If something does not suit you in the room, then you can always contact by phone or walk to the reception, your problem will definitely be solved. For example, I asked for an iron, it was brought to my room and I had it before I left.
I want to mention a big plus - the clinic on site with free help, I got an allergy, a very nice doctor gave me an injection and everything became super. We couldn't understand each other and communicated through a translator, so everything is great!
