A very strange attitude towards customers. This is despite the fact that the cost of engraving is never cheap compared to other companies. On the phone, they say that the engraving on the client's product is without problems and the maximum time is 30 minutes. In fact, when you arrive to them, they say that the engraving of their products is not only custom-made, at least 1 day, and if you want to quickly in 30 minutes, then pay double the price tag. And this is 40 rubles (16 USD) for a minute. If you don't want to bother with anything other than your products, then talk on the phone. Why mislead customers and waste their time coming to you?

When I took the laptop to the engraving of Russian letters, I was skeptical for a long time, they say they will make a blunder. But when I took it away, I was blown away, they just made a cannon, like from the factory! What is not unimportant, they even picked up a font, not a simple Arial. I advise everyone, baldezh!
