Grassy Pub (Zhanibekova 65) is the worst place I've ever been to.
We made a deposit in advance, hoping to have a pleasant evening. As a result, they received humiliation, rudeness and complete indifference from the staff.
1. Administrator Gulzhan
Instead of settling the conflict, she yelled at the guests, behaved aggressively and inadequately.
It feels like she was “picked up from the market between a box of tomatoes and cabbage.”
Zero professionalism and basic respect for people.
2. The hookah man Yerzhigit (posing as Daulet)
First introduced himself by a false name, then stated that he was “the director's younger brother” and “the most important one here.”
All this is to avoid responsibility for boorish behavior, rudeness and swearing at me.
I was forced to defend myself and my pride in an argument with an employee of the institution!
3. DJ
He took the microphone out of my hands without explaining the reasons.
I came to sing, made a deposit, but did not receive any songs in the second round.
While the other tables were singing 2 times, our table was ignored and even the microphone was taken away!

No karaoke, no proper service, just wasted time, spoiled mood, and wasted money.
5. The staff as a whole is a complete mess.
Rudeness, ridicule, obscene language.
Especially the waiters Nurasyl and Louise — they argued with us, spoke in raised tones, and indulged in openly boorish behavior.
Such treatment of guests is not just a disgrace.
This is a complete lack of service, responsibility and human attitude.
I strongly do not recommend visiting this place.
Think three times before you cross their threshold.

The staff is rude. Kitchen for three balls. They wanted to cheat, they forgot that they paid for the reservation to us. If you change the staff, it would be 5 stars. It will work if 3-4 people come. And so the portions do not correspond to the amount.
