We ordered a monument from another country, remotely, but the specialist understood perfectly well what we wanted, offered decent options! The calculation of the amounts for these options, 3D sketches, and preliminary documents were provided promptly and free of charge! We were provided with an installment plan, which was also very pleased, since we were afraid to pay for everything at once, ordering from abroad. We have been looking for an organization that will match what we wanted for a very long time. And there were a lot of nuances in the statement.
Special thanks for the hard work and patience of the employee Zhanna. Because I am a very meticulous customer. I need to know every detail.
We also created a 3d model; recalculated about a dozen different options; remotely solved a dozen of my questions without unnecessary running around. The choice of stone and tiles is very decent. We edited the portrait of my father without any problems until we were satisfied with the result.
Such organizations are not visited for good reasons, but the impression of work, of reverence for Memory, of incredible competence created a warm atmosphere and impressed with the result.

I am incredibly surprised by the competence of Jeanne's employee. They came without a formal idea, but Jeanne helped us make an amazing composition. I was pleasantly surprised by the 3d model, which was made for free, and a well-executed contract.
The installation work was also completed on time and efficiently.

I ordered two monuments two years apart - to dad and mom
I must say right away, this is not the place where you want to write anything at all, nevertheless - the monuments are made qualitatively and on time! Moreover, I myself made a mistake in the contract with the date of death, and the monument was made and even installed.. but at my request, for a small surcharge, they were re-removed and re-sanded in production with the correct date! Endless gratitude for the professionalism of the entire team of the company, and especially to the manager Zhanna and the installer Alexander!
