Great hotel!!! Perfect cleanliness. Luxury furniture and plumbing. The spacious rooms have a kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, heated floors. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Hospitable and courteous staff and charming, very attentive owner. I was especially pleased with the heated outdoor pool (also very clean and well maintained). There is a kitchen with all necessary equipment, washing machine and dryer. There is a very beautiful illumination at night, giving the hotel a particularly beautiful view. A place to return to. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

We had a rest in Sochi and went to Abkhazia and Pitsunda for 3 days.
The hotel perfectly covered our needs: stylish, cozy, inexpensive, warm-hearted hosts and staff! The heated pool at the beginning of April was very useful!
I would like to mention the "summer kitchen" separately - the opportunity to cook, use dishes and a refrigerator, and communicate spiritually with the hosts and guests!

It's just a wonderful place!!!! With the most hospitable people!!! Everything is fine at the hotel!!! We had a rest from May 15th to 25th, it was still cool, but the room is always warm and cozy.Although the sea was cold, it was completely replaced by a warm, clean pool!!! And what a clean room awaits you!!!! Snow-white bed linen, white towels, everything is shiny everywhere!!!! And thanks a lot to Larisa, the maid, for that!!!! The most beautiful, positive woman in the world!!! The best hostess who works so hard to invest in the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel!!!! Thanks to Aslanchik and Gosha for always having a good mood!!!! You are the best!!! If we ever come to Abkhazia, then only to you!!!
