We went on a tour to the Kolsai + Kaindy lakes on 26.10. The timing was pleasantly surprised - we left at exactly 6.30, then everything was clear too. The guide told me interesting things, carried me away, I really liked it! The lakes are beautiful, and so is nature.
It's a pity that the bus driver ruined both the mood and the impressions. It's 10-12 degrees outside, a full bus, and he turned on the full battery and refused to turn on the air conditioner or air conditioning. There was nothing to breathe, but he opened the window when HE felt stuffy. On the way back, he followed the principle (because many complained of stuffiness) and turned on the air conditioner - as a result, it was very cold on the bus. It is not comfortable to drive in such conditions! Moreover, it was obvious that he did all this on purpose --- why is his PERSONAL comfort more important than the comfort of the people who paid money for the tour? This remains a mystery.

We took 2 tours to the national parks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located near Almaty. Comfortable buses, good and careful drivers, excellent guides. I really liked the trips to Charyn, Turgen and Issyk.

Thank you for organizing the tour to Kolsai and Kaindy. For the money and time that the agency offers for visiting places, it's a good option.
The trip took place on 06/14/2023.
Also, on the way, I met a kind, responsive and, as it turned out a little later, a couple of similar interests - a girl and a young man. We had a nice time chatting, and later the guys (they are locals) showed us the city and their favorite places. Thank you for that too!)
