A good restaurant and service and food and even serving, of course it's expensive, but this is a restaurant, I liked the delicious bread and the butter served - for free! A very good feature. There are good beautiful girls in the service, the interior is also excellent, but there are some shortcomings in the summer house, the floors are worn out, sofas and tables are not stable, I hope they will change, there is no parking from the hotel, but it is paid and expensive, 2000 tenge was paid for a couple of hours, it is expensive even for Almaty. Yesterday, on the eve of the New Year, we visited a restaurant with children once again.
As always, it was delicious and the service was quite good, but everything was ruined by the merchants who were allowed into the establishment.
It felt like we were at a bazaar. Either a woman with some bracelets, flower sellers, or a drunk man looking for a cigarette, or just pestering.
I'm sorry, but I didn't come to the barbecue to feel uncomfortable all evening.
The administrator just waved his hands.
I'm with my kids, with my things, I want to relax and have fun, and in the end, I got what I got for a decent amount.
I've never seen anything like this in any decent establishment.
Next time, perhaps I'd better choose another place, despite the presence of a children's room for children. Even letting the children go is scary to walk through a restaurant surrounded by unknown people.

The restaurant at the Almaty hotel, next door. A good four-person restaurant without tablecloths, with almost Moscow high prices. The menu has a standard sufficient selection of dishes of Russian and international cuisine. Nice interior. Delicious homemade bread.

An institution with a direction towards Slavic cuisine.
The interior is similar to many similar establishments, clean and tidy.
The kitchen is delicious, especially homemade bread.
There are questions about the service, I had to ask for napkins after the ordered food was served...why is it so unclear. Again, napkins and spices were brought, but toothpicks are not brought.
There is no waiter on the summer playground all the time and you have to wait for him to ask for something. It's also strange for an institution with such prices... which are above average.
As a result, the institution has questions and there is something to work on.

I didn't like the staff crowding at the entrance, unfriendly, from the word at all. They are not helpful or customer-oriented. I asked him to help me put on my coat, and the guy did it through his teeth with a sour expression, even though he was just standing at the entrance and was completely free. My personal experience is as follows
I've been there many times (short-term lunches, dinners) and everything seemed to suit me, BUT!
I decided to gather my family here for an event and, as usual, it's not so that I ate-I left, we sat for four hours.
The reserved table was busy (fixed, people were transferred to the next table and then they looked at us) well, okay)
After accepting and then issuing the main order, the official asked if we liked everything and left, so much so that they had to be caught by themselves! There was no further care at the table (only after the remark he made)
They position themselves as a family restaurant, but it's more a restaurant with home cooking! In general, the restaurant is only the location and price here)
Tables without tablecloths, not decorated with anything (only napkins, spices and toothpicks) You're a "restaurant"! We could pay special attention to this!
There were moments that just confused me and I don 't know how to evaluate it so I won't mention it )
The interior is "home", not killed.
The kitchen throughout the existence of the establishment has consistently maintained a good quality of cooking and serving! This is a huge plus!

A very good restaurant with decent cuisine for a family visit. The kitchen is super, consistently very tasty, it costs a lot of money and a little more. The location is great, but parking is difficult during rush hour visits. The interior is successful, the atmosphere is calm, there is a children's playground. There is NO smoking inside and on the site. As in any normal restaurant, you have to wait for an order from 30 minutes, closer to 60 minutes.
