Worst hotel in the entire universe.very bad room service they will open the door with out knocking.people and staff here are fraud .dont book book this hotel .booking this hotel is the worst thing you could do in your entire life

Absolutely terrible experience! The staff repeatedly asked for payment even though we had already paid and had the bills to prove it. Their scam fell apart when we showed the receipts, but they kept harassing us for money again and again.
Worst of all, they opened the door and entered our room without knocking! No sense of privacy or professionalism. Completely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this place at all costs!

There are two advantages: decent Wi-Fi and accessibility of transport, nothing else is good. An old tattered hotel, peeling furniture, mattresses are comparable to concrete in softness.

I recently bõldım in this hotel. The location is very good but the furniture inside the room is a little outdated, the air conditioner needs to be replaced. The TV is very difficult to operate and the windows also need to be replaced. The satisfying side is that the rooms are often cleaned, breakfast in the morning is very cool at 5 points to the treatment of some administrators, and some are unsatisfactory. I liked the hotel, but there are 2 disadvantages, the laundry works only during the day and after the competition, at about 18, I couldn't even wash my jacket, on the first day I found a woman who said she would come but did not come, then she said again that she would come and the laundry costs 5 thousand sums, I agreed but she did not come again okay washing but the dining room doesn't work at 6 p.m. it's terrible okay, there's food there, I just wanted to take a cup, I would have put 3 stars, but I liked the room itself, but minus in the bathtub, it's just terrible and so normal

Отличное место за эти деньги! Плюсы: персонал очень дружелюбен, может помочь советом, могут организовать трансфер,
чисто, в номере есть чайник, рядом несколько мест где покушать, магазины, метро. Минусы: находится у дороги и это слышно, нет завтраков, нет каналов на русском ( иногда местные новости на русском и пару фильмов), далеко от центра по местным меркам (добраться до центра стоит 1,5-2$ и 15 минут времени на такси, так что это не проблема).
