I give it 5 stars. You should not expect anything from this hotel, it is located in the car market. Resellers go there or those who want to buy a car , and not relax at the resort . Get a bed, plastic soap and shower gel too. The rooms are not quite fresh, the air conditioner does not work 609 room, but everything was fine with me, there is water and a bed, I think the breakfast is excellent, I washed, went to bed and went to the market. But they were received with all the Georgian cordiality and no negativity . Fire staff 🔥. Responsive , pleasant , sweet and understanding . Please do not pour dirt on them, in view of current events, it is a great place for Russian speakers.

The most terrible hotel in my life! Don't set foot here anymore! There is no such choice in Rustavi. We stayed at the hotel because of breakfast, but it did not meet expectations either. The rooms are old, we took a triple room for 145 GEL. The mattress and all the furniture are old. Plumbing is kept on snot. Cleaning can be said not to be done (the restroom was very dirty!) it seems that they only change the bed and that's it! But that wasn't the problem! Very rude reception staff. A Georgian woman named Lena (introduced herself that way) and another young man allowed themselves to insult and shout, you could even say they kicked us out at the request to make the music quieter. The reputation of the hotel is not so important to them, since mostly the men who came for a car stay. Whoever stays there, the guests must be respected! When asked to call the manager or the owner of the hotel, they replied that he was not here anyway. This is the first time I have seen such communication in Georgia! Arrogant, not friendly, boorish and boorish!!!

The hotel looks big and decent, BUT!, the level of comfort, to put it mildly, is below average! The rooms are sooo dead, the showers with a broken bottom, all the water after taking a shower fills the bathroom, and through the drain ladder in the bathroom slowly goes into the sewer, in the corridors from the ceiling, in places where air conditioners are installed, water pours on the floor, the staff treats it calmly, put rags or substitute a bucket… There are buffet breakfasts, but you have to make it to the poor assortment, otherwise you can only drink tea bags.

Terrible hotel! I will never come here again! The rooms are cold, the windows do not close, the wind and noise from the road are provided for you all night, the carpet on the floor is dirty, the air conditioner is old and very noisy, the bed linen is leaky, washed, the blankets themselves are burned with cigarettes, with yellow spots, the furniture is old, especially the folding armchair for a child, the bottom of the shower cabin is broken, becausebecause of this, water flows out onto the floor, the lighting in the room is terrible, like in the basement, the audibility of the rooms is 200%. And this is a room for 150 GEL (~4500 rubles). Although we spent 1 night here, the impression was completely ruined!!! I definitely do not advise you to stay here even for free!!!

The rooms are poorly cleaned, sockets falling out, the hair of former guests in the shower and room, burnt by cigarettes, bedspreads and tablecloths, walls punched with fists, holes from which were covered with something, flimsy uncomfortable beds. At this time, you can spend the night out of desperation. And for all this, the price is more expensive than in the center of Tbilisi in luxury private hotels. We took a double room for GEL 115. The red price for such conditions is 30-40 GEL. I compare it with prices and conditions in Tbilisi

The hotel is terrible. The rooms are very dirty!!! Television is only in Georgian. The shower stall was all leaking. There were stains on the ceiling in the room for GEL 110 per day, the air conditioner was working poorly. There was also no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The cafe in the hotel is also closed. The staff ratio is average. I will not stay in this hotel anymore!!!!
