Nice hotel right in the center of Tashkent. There is a large swimming pool and a Russian sauna (steam room!!!).
Great guys at the reception. Breakfast is very simple.
But the hotel needs investments. Then it will be even better.

An adequate price for the center. Clean, cozy. The staff is responsive, Russian-speaking. They always meet us halfway, they help us in everything. Regarding cleaning, you leave the key at the reception and say that cleaning is needed. At least every day. With that, there will be a complete cleaning, with a change of all towels. The pool is clean, the water is at a comfortable temperature. We went swimming with godovas. Yes, I do not dispute, it is possible to update the repair, but in our room (304) it was fine, the plumbing worked. Here are the beds, yes, it would not hurt to change… It is impossible to turn around, the creaking is terrible from the slightest movement, the child woke up. By the way, we were offered a baby stroller for walking and there were two wheelchairs assembled in the lobby. But! There is no elevator and there is no ramp either. Overall, everything is fine

It feels like the couch was being gnawed by wild animals. The rooms are non-smoking, but they are smoky, and the audibility is excellent. You know exactly what's going on behind the wall.But the icing on the cake is the rickety, creaking doors to one of the rooms and the bathroom. Be careful, they may close and not open) and the staff will not rush to rescue you promptly. The breakfasts are tasteless. One of the advantages: relatively close to the metro.

In short, it is better to look for another hotel.
The location is good, the center, there is a place to eat nearby, 10 minutes walk to the metro. The staff is very friendly. A comfortable hard mattress. Towels, slippers, shampoo.
The rest is sad.
The hotel is tired, the rooms are shabby. The air conditioner in the room was 2000 years old and could do something else, but the refrigerator could no longer do anything.
Amazing audibility both between rooms and from the street. The washing machine is almost continuously washing in the courtyard, as if in a room.
Very steep stairs with different heights of steps.
The breakfasts are usual, but at 9 o'clock it is already empty, they are in no hurry to replenish.

It is located in a quiet location. 8-10 minutes from the bus stop, 12-15 minutes to the nearest metro station.
Breakfast started at 7 a.m. A large selection of dishes: porridge, cottage cheese, sour cream, boiled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, sausage, cheese, fruits, desserts, coffee, tea, milk.. and the girls were constantly bringing something else.. I never went hungry))

There was excellent cleanliness in the room, in the toilet, in the lobby, in the restaurant!

We were served breakfast when it was still early before arrival. Thank you, Aliya! They were allowed to leave their luggage before check-in and after check-out. We chose this hotel because of the budget price and transport logistics, within walking distance from the bus stop. You need to walk to the subway, but you immediately get to the transfer station and in the transition choose which branch you need. The hotel is not big with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included, the choice of dishes is sufficient, tasty and satisfying. I took off one star for a very steep staircase, after long walks around the city, it was difficult to climb to the third floor. Please note that your room will be cleaned daily if you say that you need it. In another case, you will not be disturbed by cleaning before departure. The impression of the stay was good. It is perfect for a budget holiday.

Good location, almost in the center. It takes 12-15 minutes by taxi to get to any place. There is only breakfast (from 7 to 10 am), but eating is not a problem. There are many different cafes nearby. Vacationed with my husband from 5 to 11 June 24 in this hotel. The staff is very helpful. Great breakfasts, buffet. Nice pool. Not far from the bus stop. The hotel is located a short distance from the main street. It's quiet, calm, but after 3 minutes you get into the life of a bustling center with restaurants and shops. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, so you can relax in the evening or cheer up in the morning. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. Fruits, salad, vegetables, tea/coffee sausages, cheeses and pancakes.. just amazing thin and delicate! You won't stay hungry.
The room is clean and this is the main thing, but as mentioned earlier, not only the furniture needs to be updated, but also the towels (clean, white, but the edges are already torn) The bathroom is combined with a small bathroom. All toiletries, except for a brush and paste, which so no one in the hotel uses. Disposable slippers are available, there are no bathrobes.
I recommend it both for tourists with a small budget and for transit stops.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We have booked a suite. A week before arrival, I contacted the administrator and reminded him about our arrival. But upon arrival, our room was occupied. We were offered a family room of the same value. But it's such a nightmare out there. Four beds in a row like in a barracks, the mirror is torn off, the bedside table is broken, chewing gum on the baseboards, also smoky. The receptionist grinned and shrugged at all our questions. And yes, while we were sorting it out at the reception, I looked around. There is dirt around, remnants of yesterday's food on the tables, and the pool is like that in general. You can catch the infection there. By the way, we booked through the Island. They apologized profusely. And two weeks later, they provided compensation of 2000 rubles for the inconvenience caused🤭

A great morning breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00 is included in the bill. A great option for 3-7 nights. On the last day, the Internet went off in WiFi, I had to catch a taxi to the airport, but this is rather the fault of the local provider.
