The Solid 3 Hotel*
What are the advantages: very friendly staff, everything is clean and tidy, if you can't have breakfast from 7-10, you can book a food box in advance, if you have excursions on some days, it's very convenient.
For breakfast:
Fruits: pineapples and watermelons, delicious. There was no other option, we had enough.
Meat: they make chicken with vegetables or rice with egg and sausages (very tasty), there are sausages and ham.
The breakfasts were not varied, but everything was very tasty and there is plenty to choose from. But if you need a lot of different fruits or a lot of meat, then there is no such thing. For this, you can go to a restaurant and eat as much as you want. The juices are not natural, but they are delicious. The coffee is local, strong, I drank it with milk, I liked it. Very friendly and caring chefs.
Breakfasts are held on the roof of the hotel with views of the mountains, palm trees and mountains — we really liked it because it is rare, usually there are breakfasts in hotels downstairs and there is no romance))
We didn't swim in the pool, but the pool bar has good prices, you can hang out there))
Room: they left 20 Baht for cleaning, cleaned up the norms, with some delicious remedy. They changed the duvet cover and pillowcases every time, but for some reason there are no sheets, I still don't understand why, apparently they are too lazy))
Of the accessories: they give two bottles of water, soap, hats for the head, there is a shower gel and a local shampoo.
Two hand towels, two large towels. There is a kettle and they put coffee and powdered milk on 2 pcs. There is a safe, it is working properly.
"-" there are no slippers and toothbrushes with paste, they asked at the reception, they replied that they were not supposed to. There are no bathrobes either. So bring your slippers, brushes, and what to wear in the room.
"-" the furniture is really old, there is an old mirror and furniture (locker) in the bathroom, the clothes locker creaks terribly when entering, at first I was very upset because of the old furniture, but then somehow we got used to it.
"+" despite the old furniture, all the appliances are new. Refrigerator, kettle, toilet, shower (two types) there is always hot water. The air conditioner is working fine, we slept at 24 degrees, comfortable.
We had a balcony, but the windows overlook the neighboring building, room 205, 2nd floor.
In principle, the balcony is normal, we sat in the evening drinking beer)) There is a table. (There is no beer opener, take it with you))
It's very close to the sea, just across the street, the neighboring hotel has a foot washer to beat down the sand, we used it after the beach. They give towels for free, under the painting. I took as much as I passed, 1 per person.
You can't put local fruits in the rooms, they say they can leave juice that doesn't wash off, we took it and ate it carefully, the passion fruit was immediately chopped, we ate it with a spoon on the balcony, we took mango to the beach. If you don't mess around and take care of yourself to remove garbage from fruits, then no one is watching you. If you have already filled up your bed with fruit juice, then please pay a fine. We didn't have any problems with this, but I'm writing to keep you informed))
The $100 deposit was given against a receipt, when you move out, you give the piece of paper, and you get the dollars back.
In principle, it was quiet enough, but on some days, a car arrived that pumped out the water and made noise for a very long time at night. The noise insulation from the neighboring rooms is good, but you can hear what is happening on the street, because the windows are ordinary. Bikes are not allowed in the yard after 22:00, so it doesn't bother. The cat sometimes goes yelling under the windows, but it's more fun))
In general, as for me, the cost is adequate when you fly for about 160,000-170,000 here. (9 nights) more expensive, it already seemed to me that you can find something better.
But in general, only the old cabinets were upset, to be honest, you can live with the rest)) we flew from Ekb for 225,000 for 9 nights, it seemed a bit expensive for such a hotel, for this particular room, although who knows how.
The bed is very comfortable, large, double, one large blanket for a couple.
We really liked the location. We walked everywhere, there are 7 levels, and markets nearby, and we reached the temple with the dragon (about 20 minutes)
The market is good nearby, prices are low (of course, when you bargain), there is a large selection of clothes and goods. We went to the night market near the dragon temple (Tue and Fri), so the prices are not much different there, they are exactly the same, but it seemed that there was less choice.

There is a Sea Breeze cafe behind the hotel (where there is a boxing studio, go to the end) - there are reasonable prices and delicious food, I sincerely recommend it. Then we stopped going to restaurants altogether, had lunch or dinner at this cafe.

The hotel is a solid three. The staff is friendly, the cleaning was done daily! Breakfasts are a bit meager, of course you won't stay hungry, but don't expect any special "pickups" either! In principle, a budget vacation is obtained not for a budget price! We had a balcony on a vacant lot, a new hotel was being built against it, but there was no noise! There is a stream running under the windows, all kinds of animals are found in it! We saw a monitor lizard and a heron, and the local women were fishing in a large puddle. There are many different cafes with different cuisines on the next street, there are Turkish, Indian, Russian, Uzbek.

The hotel is generally quite good. Pros: daily cleaning, large bed with 2 pillows per person [generous], 200m to the sea (both pedestrian and entrance area to the beach).
Cons: the breakfasts are meager (omelette, fried eggs, sausages, a la questionable ham, vegetables with curry carcasses and chicken soup every two days), chopped cauliflower, grated carrots, salad dressing, bread and watermelon with pineapple. Two types of chemical juice upi. All.
It's the same thing every day. And there's a lot of coffee in the thermoport, no sweets.
