They work very strangely with a deposit. They tried to block it on the card three times and as a result, when they took things to the ironing service, the hotel sent a letter to the room that ironing was impossible due to the lack of a deposit. Thus , they ruined one of the dinners by not giving their things in time . Otherwise, it is clean and quiet
