I want to share my positive experience working with the company! I applied here to install windows in an apartment, and I have never regretted my choice.
From the very beginning, manager Zhanna was pleasantly surprised with her professional approach. She explained everything, showed samples of materials, and helped me choose the best option for my wishes and budget. The measurer Sergey arrived exactly at the appointed time, carried out all the necessary measurements and gave useful installation recommendations.
The team of craftsmen worked very smoothly and accurately. The windows were installed quickly, but without haste – it is clear that the people are really professionals in their field. I was especially pleased that they left everything clean after themselves – all the construction debris was taken out, nothing was scratched or damaged.
The windows themselves are of high quality, the fittings work smoothly, without creaking. After installation, the apartment became noticeably quieter and warmer.

It is unknown where the "owner of the IP company" managed to find such an unsuccessful team in everything. You have to be able to do this! It all started with the deception of the girl on Veronica's phone about the time of manufacture and cost, and the complete incompetence of the measurer for the installation of a new window that went outside with his measurements so that the balcony frame rests against the window glass and ended with the installation of the window at an angle into the room. Now, when you turn the handle, the window or balcony door opens spontaneously. It's so disgusting after their work that I don't even want to see these people once again! In general, the "experts" could not make the door threshold due to irregularities, although then what are they needed for!!!??? But the most interesting thing is that the old window was broken when the new one had not yet been brought, although normal craftsmen first check the dimensions of the one that has not yet been demolished, and only then dismantle it. Maybe I was just unlucky, but not all window and balcony door replacement operations.
I strongly do not recommend these "masters"!

We wanted to celebrate this company because my wife and I were very satisfied. The measurer Konstantin arrived and explained everything by measuring. After that, we arrived at the company where Veronica clarified everything for us and put it on the shelves. The order was expected for about two weeks, the guys arrived and installed everything quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied, I recommend this company.

We ordered a window from this company, first the measurer Konstantin came, explained everything very clearly and recommended it, ordered a window, waited 2 weeks, the guys arrived, everything was installed well, after that they ordered the doors, made an additional discount, we really liked the service.
