For Istanbul, I consider the hotel to be above average in its price category. Excellent location (Cembirlatash bus stop, Fatih district) everything is within walking distance (5 minutes to the Grand Bazaar, the same distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia). There are many shops and cafes, although Istanbul is basically a continuous market and cafe. Nice bed, clean linens, but the pillows are so-so. A modest breakfast, but you can choose something. Unlimited water in cups for breakfast. You can have breakfast both indoors and outdoors. Friendly staff. Cleaning every day, towels are changed too, the bed is changed every 3 days. Among the disadvantages, cockroaches, poor water pressure. There is a kettle in the room, but no water, no mugs, nothing at all. There is a safe and a TV, but neither the remote control nor the safe itself has batteries. Now the most important thing. I booked the hotel on the level travel website, the room categories are either economy without windows, or standard with a window, or standard with a balcony. As a result, the standard, which is more expensive, turned out to be booked without a window, but this is not indicated on the website, plus photos of the room indicate the opposite. Thanks to the man from Azerbaijan who works there, we were given a room on the 2nd floor, in fact the first, but with a window.

We stayed at Grand Naki at the end of March 2025. A cozy city hotel, friendly staff. The offer of a cup of fragrant coffee and early check-in in a nice bright room 306 with a balcony is a special thanks! The room has everything you need: towels, slippers, guest sets in the bathroom. High-speed free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, hairdryer, electric kettle, refrigerator. We were comfortable. Delicious buffet breakfasts in the atmospheric mini-restaurant at the hotel. Wonderful location. Everything is nearby. Sultanahmet is a 10-minute walk away, and the T1 Chamberlitash tram stop is a 7-minute walk away. We recommend the hotel for urban tourism!

Very good staff, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are edible. The location of the hotel is convenient. I was pleased with the opportunity to order a transfer. In general, everything was fine with me. The family was satisfied.
