The hotel is not bad, but after a night flight, the staff did not meet halfway and did not make an early check-in. Despite the fact that the rooms of our category were available on the website. They said that our room was not ready yet, but they offered to stay in the Suite with an additional fee. As a result, we sat in the lobby for 4 hours.
