I stayed at the Grand Mercure Beijing Central Hotel for the weekend and was delighted with the quality of service and comfort. The room was spacious, cozy and clean, the modern design created an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The room had everything you needed: a refrigerator for storing groceries, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, air conditioning for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the availability of a kettle and free toiletries, which added convenience to my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any question or request. The location of the hotel in the city center allowed me to easily reach all the interesting sights and shops. I was very pleased with my stay at the Grand Mercure Beijing Central Hotel and I can confidently recommend it to all travelers looking for comfort and quality service.

A normal hotel. Not fresh, of course, but not dead either. There are Euro sockets, adapters are not needed. The room has an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, umbrella. The pastel linen is good, the mattresses are soft, the pillows are two volumes, the blanket is also not bad. There is both a bathtub and a shower. Clean room, hot water in the tap with pressure (10th floor), the heating conditioner does not work. The robes are patched, but they are replaced at the first request. The TV is good, but only local channels and another Cuban one are connected. There is an HDMI connection, it would be possible to log in from a laptop, but I didn't bother. Friendly staff. Reception with English. Breakfast is normal. There are both national and European ones. You can find something for yourself. There is no toothbrush/paste, cotton pads/sticks in the room. Only the standard milking shower set - shampoo, milking shower gel, body cream.
