One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The cleanliness is perfect, everything is shiny, the most responsive and attentive staff, and what an amazing restaurant at the hotel!I put 11 out of 10, however, everything is on the level, any request was fulfilled, the team was assembled the best, really. I will definitely be back🤍Thank you so much for our wonderful 3 days🤍 And in the restaurant's kitchen, the fish is excellent, burgers, salads, everything is 10 points!

Unfortunately, we were faced with inappropriate behavior by the hotel staff, who terrorized us by calling us to make noise. At my suggestion to call the tourist police and an ambulance for the guest from below, they suddenly decided to deal with him on their own. I had to turn off my phones just to get enough sleep. I can't recommend this hotel.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The service is at a very high level - it's true. But the price tag is still pretty high. I think for that kind of money it would be possible to pour water into the pool, since they announced such an option. Moreover, it was already May and it was hot enough. Otherwise, the impressions are positive: very beautiful, cozy, tasteful.

A chic hotel, everything is at the highest level. We lived in expensive hotels in Tashkent, but this one in Navoi is much better than those in the capital. Well-trained staff, everything is clean, comfortable and cozy. The manager is ready to solve any issues quickly and very efficiently. I advise everyone!
