We visit Grand Izum with the whole family about once or twice a month. This is an ideal place where you can have a delicious meal and relax. I especially like that they have a children's play area — the child is busy, and we are quietly enjoying food and socializing. The service is always excellent, the staff is attentive and friendly. The food is delicious, the serving is neat, and the atmosphere is cozy. Grand Izum has become a real family tradition for us. We recommend it!

There is no parking, the driveway is combined with residential buildings.
The hood is not working properly in the establishment. The smell of food and spices permeates all clothes.
The order is prepared for a long time, while the heated one is brought. The staff is not customer-oriented. I experienced the final disappointment in this institution in the spring of this year after they brought pilaf with glued rice, while trying to convince me of its freshness... After this incident, he refused to visit this place.

The waiters and the receptionist do not understand at all where they are and why people come to their place.
For their part, they tried their best, but without knowledge of the menu and the basic principles of the service, this is impossible.
They also tried to cheat for 6,000 tenge when paying… After I asked to announce the positions in the receipt, the total amount became less by 6000!!!
We really hope that we did not get poisoned here in the end. Terribly sad, and sorry for the time spent.
