Our family had a double impression. As for the administrators. Everything is fine, friendly, smiling, they will tell you everything. Very good location of the hotel. Everything is nearby, the airport, the streets for walking, the macro store.
But the cleaning of the hotel and the quality of the rooms were disappointing. In 5 days, the room has never been cleaned, the trash has never been cleaned, towels have never been changed and soap, gel, shampoo have not been added. We bought everything ourselves in macro.
Some of the outlets in the room were not working. I had to pull a wire through the entire room to another outlet in order for the air conditioner to work. Not all rooms have curtains. And if you sleep in the dark, you need to make sure that the room has curtains. I was very upset about the breakfast. On the first day, we arrived around 9- 9.15 and there was nothing hot anymore. There were remnants of some sweets, cabbage and sausage of very poor quality. There is no coffee, tea bags are cheap. We left, of course. There was a coffee shop nearby and we had breakfast there every day.

It's a terrible hotel. We visited in May 2024. When we got there, we didn't have the right number of seats. Regular guests were hastily relocated to free up a room for us. There is a terrible stench in the rooms - they are poisoning either cockroaches or bedbugs. There are cockroaches in the dining room. Instead of the promised pool, there is a pit in the middle of the courtyard. The shower and toilet are in terrible condition. I do not recommend using the word at ALL!!!

The convenient location of the hotel is 15 minutes away. from the Airport and 8-10 from the railway station, the attentive staff responds to the request of the guests. The usual breakfasts are not a big choice, in terms of hot food, they offer scrambled eggs or omelette, there is no good coffee for breakfast, tea bags of one-time or clockwork from a kettle. The rooms are not large, everything is there, the bathroom has a shower cabin, this is both a plus and a minus, that there is really nothing that does not work in it, also the window did not close in the room. Definitely a hotel from 3 to 4 stars, I would put 3.5-3.7, everything is very average, if not the first two pluses, then a solid 3 three.

The hotel is not bad, it is almost in the center. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are not 5 stars, but you will not stay hungry, eggs, porridge, slicing and all kinds of pastries are always there. The dining room is open around the clock, you can come and make tea. Cleaning is regular, but you need to give the keys and tell the reception what needs to be cleaned, this is the policy of the management, so as not to violate the personal space of guests. However, they did not put new water in the room and shower accessories. Good sound insulation in the rooms is a plus. There is a bank and a grocery market not far away. But grocery stores and cafes can still be searched.

I was refused the request to return 100,000 soums, citing that I was entered into my database as a foreigner, God be with him. The staff is very friendly. The level of Russian proficiency varies from very good to difficult.
We lived in two rooms. There are minor problems everywhere: where the toilet is leaking, where the shelf has fallen off.
I liked the mattresses on the bed.
It costs a bottle of water per person as a compliment upon arrival.
Breakfast is included in the price. Eggs, a lot of sweet pastries and no, bright pink sausage, vegetables tend to zero: whoever had time, ate it. Tea and coffee are always available.
The patio is ugly, but there is. Wicker furniture and umbrellas from the Sun.
If you need to iron things, you can do it yourself. But the iron is designed for ironing bed linen, it is very hot and you need to be able to use it so that your clothes do not painfully hurt.
You can ask for a pet. There is no price list. Either give as much as they ask, or bargain

A normal hotel, without frills. There is a refrigerator in the room. Desk. The wardrobe, whose open shelves are covered in dust, is not accessible by the staff. :-) A shower in which the water does not drain well. Serviceable plumbing.
The food is average. At 8, when breakfast starts, there were no hot dishes like omelette or porridge yet. A lot of pastries of questionable quality (not tasty).
If you come at 9, then the fried eggs and porridge are already cold. It would be good for them to buy stainless steel "bread boxes" that are closed and heated, as in normal hotels, so that the dishes stay at least warm longer.
The staff is young, they speak Russian poorly. I did not try to speak English with them, there were no situations. It doesn't seem so difficult for a hotel to find staff, even among young people, who understand Russian normally. Taxi drivers of similar age understood us better. :-) There were a lot of Russians in the hotel.

I was in Tashkent for the first time as a tourist, the advantages of the hotel:
- the conder worked fine for me, cooled it down
- the Internet was working , but for some reason it always disappeared from 23.00
-the location of the hotel was fine, close to the airport and to the central station
- there was a supermarket across the street, 2 alcohol shops (if anyone is interested), a bank nearby to exchange currency (rubles and dollars)
- the mirobod market is a little further away
- the sound insulation seemed to be normal or I didn't have any neighbors
Minuses :
- breakfast at this hotel is tin
- there are no Russian channels
- cleaning (for some reason, the closet was cleaned and the garbage was just thrown out) , toilet paper on request , or I opened the pantry myself and took it
- there are no balconies
- there is no place to sit at the hotel in the evening
- swimming pool without water
- I repeat, the Wi-Fi was dying from 23.00 (as if it was turned off)
- the lighting is dim, the walls are dirty, the bathroom is tin, the sockets were pulled out everywhere, it was scary to connect the battery
- if you have windows facing the street, you will get acquainted with homeless people and cats, there is a trash can under the windows (you can hear it well when the window is open), in 7 days I got acquainted with 2 of them (° ʖ °)
And so for such money, it will do, but if I come back to Tashkent, then I will definitely not check into this hotel...

One of the advantages is the lowest price on the Island.
- the furniture is broken (I didn't care about that)
- it was warm, but the frost hit at -17 and the whole city was left without gas and electricity was turned off several times a day
- there are 2 construction sites nearby - it is always dirty on the street in front of the hotel
- at 8 a.m., the construction of workers with lectures on the whole street
- there are no Russian channels
- the kondey does not warm almost at all
- on the 5th day, I wore a sweater, although hardened, but when it was +12-15 in the room…
- on the 6th day, we bought cheap heaters with boiling noisy water inside)))
- there are breakfasts. Somehow I accidentally woke up an employee who had overslept in the morning, so he ran from the reception sofa without washing his hands to chop breakfast 👻
- one of them lied so much that the radiator was torn off in the next room, so there is no heat, but the guys are already working and it's at 23:00 p.m.
- there is Wi-Fi, but it often falls off.. In general, you will have the Internet.
- the bed is quite comfortable

- toilet paper on request (I bought it for myself)
- the light bulbs burn out, then the new ones flicker like in a horror movie

The room is clean enough, except for the bathtub. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The air conditioner barely works, there are no channels at all on the TV, and attempts to set it up were unsuccessful. There is a small refrigerator. 2 bottles of water are free. The mattress is terrible, when you lie down you feel the springs, I had to put a blanket under the sheet to somehow soften it. The view from the window is also not a sight to behold. The pool is not working. The food in the dining room is not as varied as the previous review, where there are salads and rolls and a lot of things. By food - there are fruits, cucumbers, tomatoes, fried eggs, sweets, porridge, sausage, sausage cheese.
In the bathroom, it feels like the cubicle is not washed at all or is so old that it can no longer be saved, it is very unpleasant, of course there is no mold, but it is coming to this.
The staff is fine. The only thing is to be ready to also pay the "city fee", as indicated on the booking site, or, as the administrator told us, the registration fee, regardless of the fact that we are already registered in a neighboring city. Geographically convenient, there is a supermarket nearby across the street.

The place leaves a terrible impression. We checked in at 11 a.m., it was convenient to get from the central station. And if it wasn't later, we would have gone to look for another hotel. But at that time I just wanted to go to bed.
The room was terrifying. The bed was made only with a sheet, on which lay a lot of small black hair, I found two duvet covers in the closet, they were clean, I put one on the sheet and covered the other. The bed is very hard and uneven, the pillows are low and also very hard.
The bathroom is a separate conversation. If the room can be called an old damaged one, then the bathtub is completely killed without the possibility of resuscitation. There are chips on the tiles everywhere, the curtain is dirty, the bathtub (tn Jacuzzi) is all yellowed, mold along the edge.
The next morning, on Saturday at 8 a.m., construction began in the courtyard with drills and drills, this is no longer a gate. Breakfast was not included, which is great, I didn't want to spend time there anymore. They quickly packed up and left this hellhole.
In general, the only good thing is to note the location of the hotel and the presence of two 0.5 bottles of water.

We checked in, it was very cold in the room, it smelled damp and there was some kind of stench, probably from the carpet. The bathroom is very dirty, there are broken tiles on the walls. There is no refrigerator in the room, it should have been in the room description. At the reception, they did not immediately say that breakfast was also included in the room payment, they found out about it the next morning. On the positive side, I can only say one thing - you can check into this hotel at night, since our flight arrived at night, we booked in advance.

I didn 't dare take a shower at all , then I went to a dermatologist 100% .. it's better not to open the refrigerator in the room, the stench is terrible, and if you suddenly want to buy some water at the reception, I also advise you to close your nose before opening the refrigerator, believe me, it's worth inhaling and drinking for sure! I always try to be objective. They were settled by a company of about 50 people, many got the linen in a torn state (torn holes), there was even a case of a colleague from the next room ordering cleaning and washing of linen, in the evening he comes and says at the reception desk they put a leaky sheet (a hole in diameter of 10 mm) and asks to replace it - the administrator's answer is: today many have ordered a change of linen and there is simply nothing to replace (what has been washed has not dried yet) come tomorrow, we will replace it tomorrow. So get some sleep for now. I WAS REALLY MORE LUCKY, MY SHEET HAD HOLES, BUT NOT WITH A BIG HOLE. In each room, when booking, the presence of a kettle and a refrigerator is indicated, as a result, somewhere there is a kettle, somewhere there is a refrigerator, somewhere there is nothing and they will not bring it to you. In many rooms, sockets fall out of the wall with bare wires or sockets do not work at all - there is zero reaction to requests to fix them. There is no water pressure in the evenings. In some room there was a case of lack of cold water for 3 days, then either they moved from there to another, or they did (I did not specify the result). Not everyone's TV was working.
I described one negative, but very objectively and without any hatred, it seemed to me that they just live like that and there's nothing you can do about it. Well, you got a leaky sheet, well, it's okay, we ourselves supposedly sleep on these, what's the big deal? Like that one. The staff is polite. Location in the courtyards (convenient and quite quiet). Breakfasts can be said to be mostly dry-boiled.
