A great place to relax! The houses and the territory are completely true to reality. Everything is new and clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen
The owners are very helpful and hospitable people. Any issues were resolved in an instant.The sea is 70 meters away. The beach is very wide and clean. Nearby cafes, canteens, pharmacies, shops.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again!

Wonderful vacation in these eco houses!
The hosts are friendly and always ready to help.
The houses are clean and cozy, and most importantly, they were cleaned regularly.
The sea is just around the corner - I went out and immediately the sea, it's great!

This summer we were lucky enough to visit a new place - Alakhadze in the Grand House, we have been traveling to Abkhazia for more than 17 years, it seemed we were everywhere...and in Alakhadze for the first time. To say that I liked it is to say nothing, for us it is the opening of this season! A new luxury complex, new houses, everything in the house is provided for recreation , additional furniture on the veranda, cleanliness everywhere, linen is perfect, hot and cold water without interruptions. If the light is turned off, then for a couple of minutes, a powerful generator immediately turns on! There is a shared kitchen, very large, even when all houses are occupied, vacationers do not crowd and do not interfere with each other! There is video surveillance and security on the territory, which eliminates theft and entry into the territory, you can leave the car quietly. The sea is clean, the first line, we bought mullet from fishermen. The first time we did without rotovirus!!!! I would like to thank the staff and the host Renata for a wonderful vacation, for your hospitality and comfort!! The country of the soul has once again confirmed its remarkable status! Great place!! The staff is polite, they will always tell you everything, there are canteens nearby, within walking distance. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are in excellent condition. All dishes are available in the shared kitchen. This is a place for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The woodlice from the Grand House will remind us of this disgusting base for a long time. This is not a recreation center, but a place where you will spoil the whole vacation.
In August 2024, go to Abkhazia. We lived in three hotels. We chose Eco-friendly hotels. This hotel is the last one on our route. We lived for 4 days. The place is more like a prison. There is no aesthetic design. There is no place to eat. A shared kitchen with a minimum set of dishes is not provided for 30 houses. I would like to call them barracks. They were deprived of the pleasure of drinking tea and coffee. Only a few people carried boiling water along 15 houses. Apparently the kids are small. And the kitchen was almost always empty. The owner of the base, Mark, does not seem to be at all interested in the service for his clients. All he needs is money. We are not the only ones who understood this.
In addition, there is a puddle near the base, where cute geese and ducks have settled in. Perhaps it is because of this stream and the humidity in the woodlice houses. One plus is that the sea is close. But if this dirty river flows into the sea near the base. That's not a plus anymore. In general, we are disappointed. If you don't want to spoil your vacation and bring woodlice with you, avoid this base.

Upon arrival, no one met, they were waiting for a person. The tenants followed him, no hello, no good-bye from the greeter . He didn't say anything about the number, they didn't have time to take off their shoes. I stood in the doorway and waited for the payment . There were no toiletries in the toilet. I'm not talking about shampoo, gel, there was no soap to wash your hands. There is no kettle in the room , you can't even get boiling water with a small child . We need to go to the common kitchen, where there are two kettles for 30 houses. It 's my turn to stand up and drink tea . There are no cups in the room. We bought disposable dishes to pour water for ourselves. There is no warm blanket in the closet, it was cool at night. But apart from the sheet, nothing is provided . A garbage bag in the bathroom is issued once upon check-in, this is justified by the fact that there are tanks on the territory. That 's where you go and take it . Toilet paper, diapers can't even be thrown away. At our request
To give out toiletries , gritting their teeth , they gave out soap and two bags of shampoo . Not by the number of days booked , but strictly by the package upon check - in . But a pack of condoms was found in the bedside table, apparently they are cleaned this way. A cockroach was found in the bathroom , plus everything . The impressions are completely overshadowed . If you want to relax here, then bring everything with you. Dishes , kettle , soap , toilet paper , garbage bags , separated . There is only a bed here . They don 't want to spend money on anything else here . Apparently, in addition to providing a bed, there is a concept of service here and they do not know. P.S. there were overflowing garbage cans on the territory for how many days and they stank.
