A wonderful hotel at the junction of old and new Gagra. Modern, cozy rooms with a balcony. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Beautiful hall on the ground floor- reception, friendly staff. The restaurant on the 7th floor has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Meals- aries table- a variety of dishes, fruits, pastries, drinks. There are also for children. The hotel has a spa floor- hammam, massage and other treatments. The sea is a three-minute walk, the central embankment and the market are 10-15 minutes away. There is a small, cozy courtyard for relaxation- swing benches, a fountain - everything for a cozy, relaxing holiday. In the evening, you can sit at the bar and drink a glass of wine.
We had a rest last year, an ambiguous hotel. It looks beautiful, and the location is good, and the linen is clean.
But the cons:
- The wiring is flashing in the room on the first floor, they said not to use certain keys in the light
- dead bugs under the bed🙈
- the lamps are covered in dust, the wallpaper is half-torn, streaked
- view of the construction site
The duvet cover is completely torn
- I applied to the reception several times, when I asked to add a glass and a spoon for the child, they said 2 sets are required only, ask in the dining room in the morning, when I asked to relocate, I was refused again, although the hotel is half empty.
As a result , we checked out of the hotel , despite paying for another 3 days .
It's love at first sight! Starting from the reception area, everything is idiotic! The breakfasts are the best of the best! The choice is great! The rooms are clean with stunning sea views! Cleanliness! Comfort! Everything is on top!
