The hotel is well located, reasonably priced, the rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning is carried out every day, the bathroom/toilet is spacious. The breakfast is monotonous, but delicious.

We had a rest in Baku in October, we liked the hotel very much. Wonderful staff, spacious rooms, cleaning every day, water is replenished. The breakfast is very varied, delicious, lots of fruit, everything is fresh. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the park. You can always drink lemonade in the lobby after a walk. The location is convenient, we walked everywhere.

I booked a Formula 1 hotel for 50,000 for 6 nights. And cancelled the reservation for another one. A few days later, the cancellation came due to the reason we want more money (200 thousand). So you can book, but it does not guarantee check-in.

We stayed with a company of 8 people for 4 nights. We really liked the hotel. It is well located, next to the drama theater, 10 minutes walk to the old town. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Slightly stiff mattresses. Cleaning and change of towels daily, also free water, kettle, tea and coffee. Excellent breakfasts, everything is very tasty! We came to the end, but the assortment was replenished, everything was always available. The staff is very responsive and polite. The hotel has a 24-hour restaurant, the food is delicious, the prices are not high. I recommend the hotel! Price-quality ratio in favor of quality!

The hotel is not bad, but I am in doubt about the 4*. One of the advantages is a very good location and helpful staff.
The rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed.
I really liked the vocalist in the restaurant in the evenings!
Of the minuses, the breakfasts are meager and there is no coffee (or rather, there is, but instant)

The hotel made a good impression: clean, cozy, comfortable. Convenient location, within walking distance of the metro, close to Primorsky Boulevard, Old Baku and other attractions. Nearby is a park for hiking.
We note the attentive attitude of the staff, the absence of a language barrier (everyone speaks Russian). It was very pleasant to communicate with Alexandra, Ahmed and Tural.
The room has everything you need. Excellent breakfasts are offered.

The lobby of the hotel seemed to me rather dim and not big, the presence of a bar in the middle of the hall, I think, was not the best design solution, I did not like this idea, hides the area and creates a limited space. I didn't like the attitude of the bartender waiter, there were three of us, ordered Americano coffee, latte and one green tea, tea was brought in a metal teapot a la china, not a cup and not a glass, but a whole teapot,

Grand Hotel, wonderful hotel, spacious room, beautiful, clean, very decent level, huge bed, good plumbing, there are all Russian channels on TV, just need to scroll to the end. The staff is friendly, responsive, everyone speaks Russian. The hotel restaurant is nice and comfortable, there is a hookah. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

4 stars-the rating is clearly too high. The repair is mediocre, fungus in the bathroom , ancient faucets with a touch, have never been vacuumed in a week (apparently one maid does not have time)the kettle must be asked, even simple applications are not provided! Then they will forget to put water on, then change towels-in short, it is necessary to constantly remind that D.B. automatically. It turned out to be not so easy to check in for a flight. In short, 3 is the ceiling.
