2 rooms were "booked" 14 days before check-in, but upon arrival it turned out that they simply forgot to "book". There were no apologies, no suggestions to fix the situation. The woman at the entrance told us that she did not have our "armor". When calling the contact person, this person (the woman) began to deny the fact of the "reservation", but after our indignation, she still decided to check (thanks for the favor) and found that there was a reservation and "she forgot". I had to leave for another city (4 hours by car and gasoline costs). Thus, it was not possible to visit several locations near Baisun. This is how we develop tourism in the country. I do not recommend this place. The manager is irresponsible and will sell your place for the sake of "booking" more people.
