Peace and health to all, April 2025, stayed several nights at this hotel. A strong budget three-piece, the usual breakfasts (for Turkey ), there were always places in the dining room, there was also enough food, although the coffee machine is leaking, but these are small things. The room is small, but everything is working and everything is in place, only the kettle is missing, the heating was working in April, the floor in the room could be repaired, but nothing critical. Excellent location, five minutes to the tram at a brisk walk, ten minutes to the subway, there are a lot of clothes shops around, there is a Migros store nearby, the Grand Bazaar and other historical objects are nearby. The upper floors overlook the sea, the place is very quiet, in the morning you could sometimes hear seagulls. If you go down from the hotel towards the sea, then some poor area begins there, but you can eat inexpensively and take an interesting walk there, but I wouldn't go there at night. I recommend the hotel for a short stay in Istanbul. The photo shows views from the fire escape of the hotel)))

I liked the hotel, good repair, beautiful view from the window from the upper floors, soft clean linens, comfortable mattresses. The breakfasts are meager, but it's almost everywhere here, you can have a snack, the staff is friendly. The location is very convenient: 7 minutes to the tram stop, 10 minutes to the metro and bus. Sultanahmet Square is a 15-minute walk away. We visited this hotel last year, and I think we'll come back again. When booking, please note that there are no windows in the economy rooms.

I really liked the hotel. I recommend it for a budget vacation. We arrived at night, and check-in was supposed to be only at two o'clock in the afternoon. We were offered to pay extra for a day and immediately the room was provided to us. It was convenient. The room is not big, but comfortable. There was a kettle in the room, but no glasses or water. But if you ask the administrator, they will bring everything to you. The administrators are very guest-oriented. The staff is very friendly and ready to help in any situation. We were even given a transport card to use. It was priceless. The room is cleaned daily. Gel, shampoo, soap, towels, slippers. Breakfast is like everywhere else abroad, it's not like in Russia. But there were always fresh homemade eggs, delicious tomatoes, cucumbers, greens. Salads are local). Natural cheese, curdled milk. Halva, cookies, coffee, tea. Very tasty bread. We were very pleased with the location. The Grand Bazaar stop. The tram runs to the Eminu stop, where you can take a ferry to the islands or to another area in any direction. The sights are not far away.if you go down, you can walk along the embankment. A very successful area. In general, for a budget holiday, my rating is 5+. I will definitely choose this hotel next time

This hotel was the cheapest for the tour operator, we read bad reviews so as not to be disappointed. The hotel was pleasantly comforted, there is something to compare it with in Istanbul for the 6th time. Upon check-in (knowing that there are rooms with windows to the corridor and poor Wi-Fi), they asked for a room with a window and a good signal. We were offered 2 rooms on the 4th floor. In one case, there was a great view of the slums and the Bosphorus. Seagulls sang in the morning. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfasts are normal, you can eat, everything is fresh. Of the cons, the refrigerator was barely cooling, two sockets, but we took the extension cord from home, knowing this. 1 hanger and one chair. There were no glasses or dishes. But it can also be purchased as a one-time item. In general, a normal budget hotel, 5 minutes uphill to the tram👍🏻 The photos were already taken at the eviction, but it was clean👍🏻

I rented a guest room by accident, just say by the poke method) the staff is excellent, very polite and friendly, thank them very much for this , cleaning every day, rooms are clean, cleaned every day, new linen, bathroom accessories, excellent Wi-Fi in every room works perfectly, no problems with the Internet, air conditioning, safe for free, as well as accessibility 10 minutes from the central square , 5 minutes from the tram stations , the area is chic simply , the only thing with breakfast is a little trouble , the food is sparsely the same and sometimes not fresh , otherwise everything is fine !

Terrible reception staff. They tried to cheat me on a tourist fee: they took almost twice as much, and they didn't put it in the program until I asked)) The breakfast and the condition of the room also leaves much to be desired, especially for the price that the guys charge. The only good thing was the cleaning girls 🥹

The hotel is not bad, it's worth a three. The staff is friendly, but not Russian-speaking. The rooms are small but clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is standard (for three), we were not hungry. The only one is probably the view from the windows, our Windows overlooked another hotel and we could see a little bit of the mosque. We lived on the 9th floor (in fact 5) 5th floor reception, and the rest of the floors in the basement and the restaurant too (it is on the 1st floor). I would not have chosen this hotel myself, upon arrival, the tour agency replaced the hotel we chose with this one.

We rested in the month of October 2024 in the standard room.I recommend the hotel.Everything is within walking distance.Laleli Market, Grand Bazaar and historical sites of Istanbul. The room was cleaned and slippers were changed every day, there are no complaints about bed linen, buffet breakfasts. The room was just a little small, but we come to sleep. The bed is comfortable.

I do not recommend it. Of the cons: The hotel is very tired, the standard room is very small, the bathroom is generally very interesting (the toilet is behind the door), you can barely turn around. Breakfast is very meager, tasteless sausages, French fries, boiled eggs and other grunts. In general, you will not stay hungry, but this is for yourself. The hotel is located on the market, it is constantly noisy, if you still choose this hotel, take earplugs with you!) From the jokes: the room on the second floor turns out to be on the 6th!!! There are 5 more floors below😁 Of the advantages: Location. Sultanahmet is a 20-minute walk away. There is also a tram and metro nearby. Room cleaning every day. The bed linen was changed every day. Slippers, soap, shampoo every day. Relatively low-cost.

The hotel corresponds to the stated ***, the rooms are small, well clean, there is everything you need in the room. The breakfasts are puny ... well, you won't stay hungry . The hotel is noisy , the workers start to work late and early in the morning . Everything is within walking distance , the Blue Mosque , Hagia Sophia ....... Grand Bazaar , Egyptian Bazaar . Istanbul is worth visiting at least once in your life!

The hotel was of course already quite tired, the room was on the 1st floor, there was constant smoking and loud talking in the lobby, in the morning and evening it was especially annoying, the window in the room did not close. The breakfasts are monotonous. The rooms are dusty, they are ready to do cleaning at least every day. The hotel is located a 20-minute walk from the center, the navigator will help you. The staff is friendly and courteous. In general, the impression remained pleasant, by the 6th day of arrival they got used to all the shortcomings and resigned themselves...

Good service, slightly dilapidated room stock, but the place is convenient, a tram stop is within walking distance, 2 stops from the blue Mosque and Topkapi, a little further from the metro

The hotel is actually on the market, do not experience illusions- only for "spending the night", the rooms are old, the audibility is terrible, on weekends the staff swells and has fun until the morning, one broke into our room, maybe it was a plan, but we will see the man in the door, retreated. If you ask me if I will book again-definitely not!

The hotel corresponds to 3*, the rooms are small, well, there is everything you need. A big minus in the mornings at 5 o'clock and in the evenings until late it is very noisy, the breakfast is so-so, well, you will not stay hungry .

Of course it's not a fountain, but it's not bad either. I think the price/quality will do. There is not enough space, but everything is more or less civilized inside. Sound insulation is poor, Wi-Fi is out) the staff is friendly, the location is good.

The hotel from the category is only for the night. The breakfasts are the same every day. The rooms are cleaned just for show. The bed was made, the towels were hung up exactly and that was it. The floor has never been washed in 4 days. We changed the towels once, but we didn't even notice that the new ones had dirty spots. However, I changed it as soon as I asked. And one more feature - the lobby of the hotel is the 5th floor. It's at ground level. There are 4 floors underground without windows and 4 above ground with windows. So the standard numbers are all underground. In terms of transport, the hotel is located next to the tram line. And there are 3 metro lines and a port within a 10-15-minute walk.

Our room was small, with a view of the neighboring house). There were no hygiene items, slippers, towels when checking in. We applied to the reception. When we arrived in the evening, everything was fine. The hotel employee showed the most profitable exchanger. We liked the location, the metro is a 15-minute walk, the tram is 5 minutes. The breakfasts are the same, quite edible, but the coffee is excellent.

A great budget hotel. The location is ideal: the center is 2 steps away, transport stops are also nearby. Markets, shops, the sea as well. The place is calm. The hotel is small, clean and cozy. The staff is perfect. He performs his work clearly, efficiently and imperceptibly for visitors. Breakfast is available. Dinner is available when ordering. The prices are very inexpensive. Now I know where I want to stay in Istanbul. And the room, the room was on the top floor, overlooking the sea, the port, ships, roofs and buildings of the city. Sitting in the evening with a beer and looking at the life of the city is ideal. Many thanks to the manager of the hotel Diego Maradona

And we changed 2 suites with a view. There are just no words. The windows were dirty, so we had to clean them ourselves. For the same money, there was a 4-star hotel nearby with perfect service and clean rooms.

A magnificent city hotel with 7 floors. The dining room is on the 1st, the reception is on the 5th. Daily cleaning without requests. The breakfasts are always the same:omelette, boiled eggs, sausage, two types of cheese, fried sausages and potatoes, a variety of jams and delicious bread! Excellent decoration of the rooms and halls, the staff is willing to help, Maradonna on Lobby is generally kind, helped us with the purchase (during our vacation it was problematic) Istanbul cart and hec code binding. This hotel is located in the center of wholesale clothing and footwear trade. The main attractions (for example, Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque) are not far away even on foot.Definitely, we recommend it! Important! If you book an economy room option, the room will be without a window!

The hotel claims to be 4 stars. It only pulls for 2. They checked into the room 3 times, they don't understand Russian at all. The contingent of residents is generally a separate topic, if you want to sleep longer, alas, you will wake up from the rumbling of doors and wild neighing.Twice, from about 7 - 8 in the morning, she screamed at the semblance of a fire. I lived there from 12. 03.21, not clean bed linen, in some black spots. If you wash in the shower, then after carefully, the whole floor is in water. Drinking water was never brought to the room. Not once for breakfast. The only plus is the location is not far from the sights at all

The hotel is small, very decent. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is quite normal. Every day vegetables, cheese, sausage, eggs, coffee, tea. There are friendly staff at the reception. Few people speak Russian, but nevertheless we are always happy to help. Diego Maradonna, special thanks.
