The room is super, beautiful sea view. But! A complete violation of sanitary standards: for 6 days there was not a single change of towels, cleaning was never carried out. Breakfast really sucks! We just fucked up there, sorry for the expression. The Internet is weak. And the check-in was out of time: instead of 14, we were checked in at 17, although we arrived to check in at 16 after the plane. Since the room was not ready yet, and as it turned out, it was also smoky. In the same residential complex, you can find other companies that provide rooms.

Perhaps only we are so "lucky", but the number of joints in our room turned out to be unimaginably annoying - the shower broke twice in two days (and both, the lights went out for two hours, 1.5 towels were given for two people. The bonus is a burnt sheet and a blanket that was last washed almost never.
On the plus side, an employee from the office really tried to solve our problems and the most critical ones (shower and light) I've decided. Well, the location as a whole has a view - the sea, orders, views of the "Batumi Manhattan" from new buildings, that's all.
In short, I can't recommend it precisely because of the technical condition of the room

Nice apartment, as in the photo.
You can arrange with the administration to leave your things in the morning before checking in, and in general they respond cordially to requests.
