I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the Grand Chalet estate for an unforgettable vacation! Special thanks to the administrator Svetlana for her professionalism, warm welcome and attention to every detail — we felt at home. The waiters also deserve praise for their efficiency, courtesy and sincere concern for the guests.
The food here is beyond praise — everything is fresh, delicious and with a soul. Every meal was a real treat! And the atmosphere of the manor itself is a separate magic.: coziness, comfort and a feeling of complete tranquility.
Thank you for the excellent service and the warm atmosphere! We will definitely come back again!

clarify everything to the smallest detail, the service is top-notch, we had a wedding event, everything went perfectly, the guests all came up, complimented the manor on the service, I would like to emphasize that the very stylish dishes that the manor already provides, the whole event was approached by me, everything was well clarifiedadministrators are in touch 24/7 with all questions, when you are preparing for a wedding you are especially worried, but when administrators support and help in everything, they will answer both day and night it is expensive, we are very proud that we have such a manor in Belarus, with top-level service, a well-designed menu and cuisine, the serving of dishes is very stylish and it's incredibly delicious, you can see that a lot of effort and soul has been invested in this place where you want to return again and again, we have vacationed many places in Belarus on farmsteads, but everything has hooked me here, we highly recommend it for holidays and for weddings, anniversaries, it's just an incredible place, very stylish, comfortable, incredible

The place is wonderful. The wedding was celebrated on 08/10/2024. Svetlana and Angelina are masters of their craft: everything is clear, on time, all issues were resolved along the way. The waiters are pros, special thanks to them, I do not know how to silently open champagne. Do not be afraid to serve dishes to the table - it looks beautiful, everyone admires the decoration of the table, hot dishes and snacks are brought later. Nothing is "weathered", everything is fresh and freshly cooked - the guests were delighted. The kitchen was delicious, the serving was fast and snacks were constantly replenished - thanks a lot for that. The design is minimalistic, if desired, you can decorate as you like. We had a wedding in a classic style - everything was concise. Angelina helps in the selection of contractors, if necessary - for which I also thank you very much. On our day, we managed to relax, everything was at the highest level: even the most fastidious guests were delighted. A guest house and a separate house for young people is an ideal solution) the neighbors never interfered, there were cold fountains in the evening. an incredibly beautiful place with people putting their soul into a very difficult task. 07/26/24 held a wedding at the Grand Chalet, an incredible place. Everything was at the highest level, delicious food, wonderful Angelina and Svetlana with their team of professionals. The waiters are gorgeous, everyone is beautiful, responsive, always smiling, glasses were constantly filled. Everything was agreed upon in advance and we just got an incredibly emotional holiday. We highly RECOMMEND IT, the guests are delighted.

We were vacationing with my wife and a small circle of close friends. I would like to celebrate a special event in a warm atmosphere. 10 out of 10! The cuisine is delicious, all the dishes are excellent, the service is super, the waiters are very courteous. The location is concise, stylish and somehow homely. At first glance, the administrator is very strict, but everything took place as we wanted, including thanks to her responsiveness and quick response. The impressions are the most positive! I would go there again. I was completely satisfied with the cost.

The level of service absolutely does not correspond to the stated cost.
The territory needs to be prepared for the arrival of guests: chairs thrown off the mountain on the threshold of the house, dirty windows, an uncleaned ashtray, and other small things are very striking.
Telling the customer that he should have arrived earlier in order to have time to cool the drinks, and at the same time preparing the hall in front of his eyes is also unacceptable. I didn't want to see the administrator giving out commands without lowering the volume, or rubbing glasses, taking them out of boxes right in front of the guests, or laying out snacks directly from the metal gastro, either.
There is no air conditioning in the hall, and the administrator did not allow the door to be opened, arguing that it was necessary to take the banquet hall, there is air conditioning.
The sound level in the hall, the administrator with a dissatisfied face, began to decrease from 21.30, saying that from 23 it was impossible to disturb the neighbors, why suddenly it was so difficult to interfere with the guests in advance.
The food left the table by the hands of the administrator, without requests from the guests, and at an absolutely inappropriate time.
Well, it's just shameful to take money for the fight of dishes, guys, so even in the most impoverished institutions they don't do it for ten years.
After the calculation, additional expenses that were not declared anywhere appeared, and the faces of the staff vividly demonstrated not hospitality, but "You are not welcome here"
I do not recommend it, for such money you can celebrate the holiday in any other place, and with more pleasant emotions

We celebrated a small wedding at the Grand Chalet on March 26. It was the best decision! A very beautiful and stylish place, impeccable cleanliness and pleasant staff. A place where you really relax and don't think about anything.
In particular, I would like to mention the incredibly delicious food! All wishes were taken into account, everything was agreed to the smallest detail. And also thanks to the waitress and all the staff for the fact that everyone was able to fully enjoy the holiday!
