I rented an apartment in the complex. A big plus: the view from the windows, the city at a glance. It is very pleasant to sit on the balcony in the evening and drink tea, looking at Astana.
The entire infrastructure is nearby – you can walk in the park, along the embankment, all shops are within walking distance. The embankment is a gathering place for a large number of people, in summer it seems that half the city is walking here. In winter, there is a skating rink on the river and children ride cheesecakes.

A cool residential complex. He lived in apartments in the house 2/3. 29th floor. The panorama is just great. Everything is nearby. Park, promenade, restaurants. A grocery store right in the house. The apartments have a stove, microwave, necessary utensils, you can cook yourself. From the glazed balcony, you can practically see the whole city on the other side of the river. The entrance is clean, concierge. 4 elevators. In general, I liked everything.

I am delighted with how much this residential complex has revealed to me the beauty of the city! Great panorama, and the night city. The view from the window is mesmerizing. I'm staying on the 29th floor. And I was comforted by the lights of the big city. On modern architecture, on the newly built Nur Sultan. Nearby there are canteens and restaurants, a park, an ice rink, you can go sledding, bus stops, within walking distance of the shopping center. I recommend staying here. And the prices for rental housing are acceptable.

I have been living in this house for 6 years, very convenient location. We go to the park in summer, and go skating in winter. Shops, restaurants under the house. However, there is no pharmacy, the nearest one is on Kenesary. The children are small, I am very comfortable.the school is also under the house and the kindergarten.
