To be honest, I'm not thrilled, because I've had a much better soap massage. And with great attention. They didn't wash my hair here, they didn't wash the foam off me, they just said "go to the shower", although they usually wash themselves from top to bottom.

The massage was good. It lasted 20 minutes, but I managed to get pleasure 👌🏻

The impressions are average. The foam was not washed very well. Then they forgot to massage for later they remembered. Moreover, they massaged less than other people. But the atmosphere is quite cozy and the staff is friendly enough, but sometimes they forget something.

The travel agency said that the reviews are fake and they write them from hotel hamams (so that they can go to them). But having been in this hammam, I can say with confidence - reviews from real people.
We really haven't seen any cockroaches. But everyone is frozen there, the towels really stink of mustiness, the feeling of dirt, everything is shabby and worn. Hot drops from the ceiling are dripping in the hammam, where there is menthol steam. It's really not pleasant to sit there because of such a surprise from above. The children ran away, because you can get burned.
The massage was doubtful, we were in a hurry, it turned out that the transfer had already arrived for us and because of the increased program, everyone was already waiting for us.
We took a VIP program for 2 adults for 45 minutes of massage and a regular 20 minutes of massage for a child. The child was given a massage for about 10 minutes and he was waiting for us on the couch all the time, they didn't even offer tea, which by the way was included in the description.
After the massage, we ran out and were driven to the transfer. So-so relaxation)))
They paid $80 for all of them. Don't set foot there anymore.
