Nice quiet hotel with a lovely courtyard. Recently made repairs. The staff is friendly. The rooms are equipped with a TV, a fridge and a kettle with a cup. There is air conditioning and a balcony. There is a sauna and a swimming pool on the territory, but the price is too high, an hour 7000 is somehow expensive. The breakfasts are meager, to be honest, not very tasty. But tolerable. There is a problem with water, you start washing and the hot disappears, the cold starts running or stops running altogether. After a couple of minutes, the cold starts running again and slowly heats up. Apparently there is one not very large boiler that cannot cope with so many rooms. The owners need to think about this. The area is quiet. The price is quite affordable. But you need to book in advance. On average, a solid four, there is something to work on!

A great hotel. Friendly staff. I was traveling from Almaty to Aktobe, stayed overnight. The rooms are clean, the bed, towels, toiletries, all without complaints. Breakfast in the morning, there is a courtyard where to park the car for the night. Internet, wi-fi. Quiet, cozy and comfortable.

We booked this hotel on booking based on reviews and ratings. We arrived from the road late in the evening. We went to the hotel and asked to see the room, to which we received a sharp response: "Guys, don't do nonsense, we have good rooms." It was already late, we checked in. The rooms are generally not bad. The room has a refrigerator, kettle and tea facilities.
And now for the cons. Towels are cheap, they do not absorb moisture. The cable from the mirror was insulated with duct tape, which is not safe. There was a smell of sewage from the bathroom. The sound insulation is not very good, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway through the door. I came across a room with a door that opens directly onto the stairs. Loud conversation at the reception made it difficult to relax. Buffet breakfast, a large selection. The rating is too high.
